I am 24 years old , female , weight around 49 kg , height 5'2" . Past three days I am extremely experiencing loss of appetite, I suffered through runny nose then blockage of nose after which I spit mucus through my throat and for which I always feel like I am going to vomit also not feeling at all to eat anything which in turn making me more tired and fatigued by the end of the day .
