It must be a kidney infection. The antibiotics you have been given should have helped if it was a UTI. Consult a urologist or nephrologist for a correct diagnosis and treatment

I think i have skin cancer but i don’t know how to tell
Female | 14
If you suspect skin cancer, consult a dermatologist. Monitor any changes in moles or spots using the ABCDE rule. Take photos for documentation and avoid self diagnosis. A dermatologist can perform a thorough examination and potentially conduct a biopsy if necessary. Early detection is key for successful treatment.

Hi my baby is having very high fever and severe cough for past 3 days, And then as per the pediatrician we have given few test like CBC, URINE ROUTINE, DENGUE, MALARIA, CRC test and then on seeing the report doctor says that nothing to worry. And then he started with antibiotics augmentin dds suspension , Lenovil and calpol for 5 days, and still fever was not reduced since 3 days over. And yesterday again I visisted the doctor and they said to give Anti-Flu syrup, if the temperature goes at 103 degree. I am so tensed and worried. My Doubt is we have to give anti-flu only if the temperature is at 103 or we can give now. I am more tensed and worried as she is 3 years old.
Female | 3
Follow the doctor's advice and administer the Anti-Flu syrup only if the temperature reaches 103 degrees. Inform your doctor if you find any othe symptoms and keep monitoring your baby's fever ensure they are well-hydrated.

It is not advisable to take these medications all together 4 times a day. These medicines are used to treat H. pylori infection, but their dosage and administration should be based on the individual's medical history and other factors. Pain in hands and feet, headache along with nausea. High fever occurs when the pain becomes extreme. After taking medicine, it gets better for three or four days. But after five or six days, the fever comes again like this. It has been going on for months. Have seen doctor many times. But result is same. I suffered from typhoid fever like this for the past few years. It got cured after using high antibiotics. But after six months or a year it relapsed. What should I do in this situation? And please prescribe suitable madicine.
Male | 36
Based on your symptoms and medical history, it is likely you are having a problem called chronic typhoid fever, where the infection keeps coming back. This might be the case if the initial infection was not completely treated or if there is a carrier state. You may need to take longer antibiotics or other medicines. It is necessary to consult a specialist for additional examination and medication adjustment.

My 5 year old son swallowed a coin. The x-ray shows that the position of the coin is not complicated and the child is not showing any kind of discomfort. within how many hours will the coin normally pass through the system? what should I do next?
Male | 5
If your child shows no signs of distress and the swallowed coin is in the simple position it should move on its own within 24-48 hours. But you should closely watch your symptoms, stools, and bowel movements during this period. You needs to refer to the pediatric gastroenterologist for further investigations and treatment.

Male | 39
High blood pressure, diabetes, and infections are some of the reasons for kidney damage. The treatment will vary depending on the cause and the extent of the damage done. It is very essential to see a nephrologist, a physician who expertises kidney diseases to ensure right diagnosis and treatment. Dialysis might be a necessity, but it can be avoided at an early stage of treatment by timely care.

I have a fistula how can I get rid of it She came back to me now a year later She tormented me for six years
Male | 45
Fistula surgeries are carried out by a proctologist or any physician in colorectal surgery. To start, you should call a specialist and visit for a diagnosis of your type of fistula. Missed therapy will lead to bacterial infections that can cause abscess and sepsis and all these could be fatal for the patient.

The lab test results of a high creatinine and urea value along with low urinary output may suggest a degree of kidney dysfunction. For a further evaluation and appropriate management, I would consider the consultation of a nephrologist.
