Really bad odor from the mouth even with good hygiene and the nose why breathing. What's wrong please

Sinus infection could cause it. Blocked sinuses allow odors out when you breathe. Watch for stuffed nose, coughing, and headache too. See a dentist for diagnosis, treatment to clear infection, banish odor.

Acne spots can be treated with depigmenting creams containing ingredients like hydroquinone, kojic acid, glycolic acid, arbutin etc. A good skin care regimen with mild cleanser, moisturiser and a broad spectrum sunscreen are also equally important. Also picking or scratching the acne is to be avoided for it may worsen the spots. Skin creams are to be used as prescribed by a dermatologist who would understand your skin type and recommend accordingly.
