Why hasn't my fever decreased despite 8.7 hemoglobin?

Sir blood 8.7 tha report m maine dava bi li h but Mera fever nhi utar rha 1month se jyada ho gya

Answered on 23rd May '24

At 8.7, having a low blood level can cause you to become tired and weak. Your body might not have enough iron, which is necessary for feeling better. To increase your blood level take iron supplements and eat foods such as spinach and beans that are rich in iron. Also if your fever does not go away it would be good to see a healthcare provider who will help establish what is causing the fever so that you can receive appropriate treatment.

I have lower abdominal pain for 5days. I have done my full boy test. But there is many problems like hemoglobin low, ESR high, creatinine low,bun low, vitamin d 25 hydroxy low. Now what should I do ?

Female | 14

The pain in your lower abdomen, along with low hemoglobin and high ESR levels, along with decreased creatinine clearance and reduced UV-B irradiation exposure, can be associated with various health conditions. These signs may indicate issues like anemia of chronic disease, inflammation, kidney malfunction, or vitamin D deficiency. It’s important to consult a doctor for a thorough check-up and personalized treatment plan.

I am 25 years old male, I am taking PEP medication for 25 days and had another exposure today, do I have to extend my PEP?

Male | 25

If you're already on PEP medication and had another exposure, it's important to let your healthcare provider know. They will, however, determine whether you require additional PEP treatment. Sometimes symptoms of HIV can take a while to develop, therefore it is better to be safe than sorry. PEP treatment assists in reducing the chances of acquiring HIV, nevertheless, it is still preferable to consult with your doctor to ensure that you are following the correct plan.

I am having red mucus in colour, please consult a doctor

Female | 21

Red mucus is often a sign of bleeding in certain areas of your body, such as the nose, throat, or stomach. If it’s coming from your mouth, it could be related to a lung issue. This might be caused by an infection, irritation, or a more serious condition like pneumonia. It's important to see a doctor for an evaluation. They may run tests such as blood work, X-rays, or a bronchoscopy to identify the cause. Treatment for the bleeding will depend on its source, so it's best to get checked as soon as possible.

An unhealthy diet, not doing enough exercise, and a family history can cause this condition. To stay healthy with it being normal eat well and exercise regularly also if necessary take some drugs from the doctor.

Doctor recommended me dexorange for anaemia how many times I should take it in a day and how

Female | 25

Dexorange treats anemia, a condition caused by a lack of red blood cells, leading to tiredness and weakness. It is often due to low iron levels. Take Dexorange once or twice daily after meals, as directed on the label. Regular use helps your body absorb iron and manage anemia effectively.

Muje fever he kabhi aata he kabhi thik ho jata he kabhi kabar bahot thand chadh jati he throat me bhi infection he mcv count is decreased and mchc count is increased and tlc is increased

Male | 24

A fever that comes and goes could be an infection. The chills, sore throat, and blood test results support this too. Your MCV was low, MCHC high, and TLC raised - signs something's not right. Don't worry though, infections are common and treatable. But you must rest up, drink lots of liquids, and eat nutritious meals. See a doctor soon as antibiotics might be needed to help you heal faster.

I have done health checkup for blood test ..need to know if everything is normal ..I feel fatigue sometimes

Male | 42

Looking tired sometimes can have so many different explanations. The results of your blood screening can show some hints. In case your iron level turns out to be low, your body will be susceptible to fatigue. Having a diet rich in spinach and beans can help increase your iron level. Deficiency of sleep can be a reason for tiredness, too. Regularize the habit of going to bed early and having quality sleep. If the blood test results show any problems, your doctor can find you the appropriate remedy.

How to know effect hiv in starting months

Male | 22

During the initial stages of HIV, some individuals might not display any symptoms at all while others may have flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat, and body aches. This happens because the virus has already started to weaken their immune system. It is important to test if you suspect that you might have been exposed to HIV. Early treatment onset after diagnosis is necessary for effective management of the virus.

Wbc-77280 per microlitre Eosinophils-63.8 per microlitre Haemoglobin-10.4 G/dL RBC-3.98 millions/cumm

Female | 51

Your blood test could indicate an issue. High WBC and Eosinophils levels, as well as low Haemoglobin and RBC counts, could mean there is an infection or inflammation present. Signs might consist of tiredness, feebleness, and generally feeling unwell. If necessary, it would be best to contact a doctor for more tests and treatment.

Hi, I did Antibody hiv 1& 2 Elisa test after 30 days of exposure. Then once again I did Insti antibody 1&2 screening tes after 45 days. In both test my result was negative. Should I do further test for my assurance...please kindly suggest me

Male | 39

The tests you took at 30 and 45 days are generally accurate, but for complete peace of mind, it's best to get tested again 3 months after being exposed. This is because it takes time for the immune system to make enough antibodies that can be detected by the test. In the meantime, if you start feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, rash, sore throat or tiredness, please tell your doctor.

It looks like there are certain elements that are below the required levels in your body. For it to function properly, your body needs them. Feeling tired, weak, or unlike yourself can be signs of insufficient amounts of these substances. When some substances are too many, then it may mean that the body is fighting something. To help you feel better soon, you might have to take such supplements like Vitamin B12 or Iron among others.

It is most probable that you have Iron Deficiency Anemia. This is where your blood could be short of healthy red blood cells. Being a little anemic, tiredness, paleness, and shortness of breath may appear. Ingesting foods that are packed with iron such as spinach, meat, and beans can be of great help to this client. Another piece of advice may deal with more iron supplements, they will. Follow the suggestions given by the medical doctor to recover completely.

I am loosing weight continuously and getting slim like anaemia patients skin is so dull and sagging and I feel dizzy sometimes, get tired easily can't sit longer because my blood cells stops working so I have to move every moment

Female | 23

Anemia results from a deficient number of healthy red blood cells in the bloodstream. Low red blood cells mean asthma, dizziness, and quick weight loss. Your skin can also become pale and saggy. More spreadsheets with foods high in iron such as spinach and beans are advisable. Your doctor can also give you iron pills to increase the number of red blood cells.
