Stool colour can change because of different reasons such as infections or change in diet. Therefore, before taking Metronidazole, it’s crucial to establish the specific cause of colour change. It can be dangerous to take medicine when you don’t know what has caused the situation. First, talk to a gastroenterologist for good advice.

Hello, I have a wart/verucca for a few years now, a couple of days ago it was painful and i noticed that it was all yellow around, like it was inflamed, so i tried to drain it and i cut the inflamed part to the point where all 7 layers of my skin was gone and it left a hole, the dimensions of the area is about 1.5cm and it doesnt hurt anymore, should i be concerned or will it heal on it own?

Female | 18

Cutting or draining a wart at home can lead to infection and other complications. Since you've removed multiple layers of skin and created a hole, there is a risk of infection, scarring, or delayed healing. A professional can assess the wound, provide appropriate treatment to prevent infection, and determine whether any further steps are needed for healing

Pigmentation diet and medicine

Female | 25

Pigmentation is triggered by different factors such as genetics, sun exposure, and hormonal changes. A balanced diet rich in antioxidants and drinking a lot of water may help improve skin health. You should consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. They may prescribe an appropriate medication and recommend certain lifestyle changes to control pigmentation.

i am 42 years old i have hyperpigmentation on my face from last four years. i have tried many things but still their is no improvement please let me know if its curable

Female | 42

There are numerous reasons for pigmentation on the face, such as sun damage, hormonal changes or trauma. It is treatable if diagnosed by a dermatologist correctly. I recommend that you see a dermatologist who deals with hyperpigmentation. They can advise you on the best treatment option, whether it is topical creams, chemical peels or lasers, based on the severity of your condition.

I am 32 years old and a woman. I have blemishes on my face. I want to know for which treatment should I go and what will be the cost of that treatment?

Female | 32

Depending on the type of blemishes you have, the treatment could range from over-the-counter topical medications, to prescription medications, to laser or light treatments, to chemical peels, to microdermabrasion. The cost of the treatment will depend on the type of treatment and the number of sessions recommended.

I am 19 years old. I have pigmentation around my mouth.what should I do now.can you give me any cream please

Female | 19

Pigmentation is a condition that can be compared to skin getting a different tone in some areas. It may be caused by environmental factors like the sun, changing hormonal levels, or it is sometimes the skin's natural characteristic. A cream infused with ingredients such as niacinamide or kojic acid would help to lighten the pigmentation. Remember to wear sunscreen every day to improve your skin health.
