It looks like you have a skin problem called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This happens when your skin makes too much color after a cut or bruise. This causes dark spots. To make the dark spots go away, you can use a cream with ingredients like vitamin C, kojic acid, or licorice extract. It may take some time for the spots to fade away. And make sure to stay out of the sun to stop the spots from getting darker. If the problem persists, visit a dermatologist.

I am 18-year old female and i have been experiencing throat pain, there’s small oranges bumps on the back of my throat, it hurts to sallow and my throat just looks red and swollen is also small patches on my tonsils.

Female | 18

You could have tonsillitis, a condition in which your tonsils become infected. It may be uneasy for you if your throat is red, swollen, and has small orange bumps and patches. Tonsillitis can be caused by viruses or bacteria. In more detail, the patient should follow the three instructions: drinking a lot of non-alcoholic fluids, sleeping more, and using over-the-counter analgesic medication that your healthcare provider recommended. The practice of gargling warm salty water will definitely sooth the pain as well. By that time the infection has not subsided; it can mean that you should see a physician for more care.

I have to use cleanser water and which one is better for me I don’t know I’m sensitive skin

Female | 17

It is best to consult a dermatologist who can recommend a suitable cleanser for your skin type. A gentle, fragrance-free cleanser that is designed for sensitive skin, such as Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, could be a good option. However, it is always best to seek professional advice to ensure the best care for your skin. They may ask other health conditions like regarding your gut health, other issues etc and accordingly prescribe.

i have hyperhidrosis. please help

Male | 15

Hyperhidrosis is a condition when you perspire a lot more than normal. It can occur on your hands, feet, under your armpits, or even all over your body. It could be the result of overactive sweat glands or triggered by anxiety, heat, or spicy food. Besides that, there are several things you can do to manage it such as antiperspirants, medications, Botox injections, or in severe cases, surgery.

I applied hair removal spray on my chest and legs. Now I am feeling itchy and red rashes have appeared on my legs.

Male | 24

Itchy and red rashes are some of the common signs of sensitivity when your skin's non-acceptance is projected. This might be due to the presence of certain chemicals in the spray to which your skin is sensitive. Perhaps, you should try a gentle body lotion to reduce the itching and rashes.

Hi doctor my is a diabetic patient she has developed a would in her leg we treated with some tablets but still it's not healed properly please suggest

Female | 59

This could come as a result of high blood sugar, poor blood circulation, or infection. Redness, warmth, swelling, and pus are the signs of infection. In some cases, scars must be treated with special dressings or antibiotics. Help her to control her blood sugar levels and make sure she gets her wound care from her doctor.
