Should I Be Concerned About Penile Blisters?
Small blisters on my penis glans ,it appeared two weeks ago. I consulted a skin specialist and applied a cream. After 5 days of treatment blister now looks like a round skin patch and new blisters appeared near to it. Am not feeling any itching or pain or any kind of discomfort because of it. As per doctor instruction I checked my blood glucose level and its 124. Is there anything to worry ... Help me

Answered on 1st July '24
Round clusters and little blisters on the penis are probably symptoms of a herpes genitalia-like disease caused by a virus. This disease also leads to the appearance of new blisters, even after treatment. The grade of blood glucose that equates to 124 is a tad beyond normal, suggesting diabetes can be the case. Despite the absence of symptoms, visit your dermatologist to check and take care of it. Otherwise, unbearable pain or visual damage may become a result at a later stage.

I have pimples what is the best treatment for pimples and also acne and how to remove tan
Female | 15
Pimples, acne, and tan are usual skin problems. Red bumps are the assets of the pimple, while a bunch of pimples adds up to a pimple. They are the result of both oily skin and dirt on it. The face can be washed twice a day to achieve this. Implements such as benzoyl peroxide can be used to cure them. Tan is dark skin which is the result of the sun. Using sunscreen can prevent this. Getting rid of the tan takes time, use the skin-lightening creams or laser treatments instead.

My Son age is 19 years old and is undergoing vitiligo treatment.. No improvement in the white spots. Is there any advance treatment to avoid growth of white spots..? and reduce white spots Pl suggest
Male | 19
Vitiligo is a condition that involves a decrease in pigmentation. Modern treatments can minimize the spots, for example, by using phototherapy, topical corticosteroids, or skin grafts. It is important to take care of the possible triggers exacerbating your son's vitiligo. Exposure to sunlight and stress factors can aggravate the disorder, so ensure your son is protected from the sun and help him manage stress. Dermatologist visits have to be performed regularly which is very important to check the treatment progress and to decide on more advanced therapies if needed.

Ian suffering from Padar thamarai fungal infection and how to cure this problem? And I am not able to eat non veg also.
Female | 44
By Padar Fungal infection it looks like you are talking about fungal infection of the foot which might present with the flaky or itchy sole. Generally it is more on one feet or just affecting one feet. If it is affecting both feet then its asymmetrical. The treatment is you have to wear less of shoes so that sweating is less. Open footwear is most preferable. Topical and oral antifungals is the mainstay treatment but if nail is also involved then treatment has to be taken for the long time so that the reserve side of the infection is treated. Consult a dermatologist for proper consultation.

Can I be exempt from the Covid 19 vaccine if I have cold urticaria?
Female | 22
When your skin meets very low temperatures, hives can show up. This is called cold urticaria. The COVID-19 vaccines don't have things that make cold urticaria worse. These shots are safe for most people with this condition. But before getting vaccinated, it's good to talk with a dermatologist. They understand your specific situation best. The doctor can explain the pros and cons to help you decide.

Hi I am the patient of Dr .Vivek Mishra I am under his treatment for pigmentation and acne marks also have done my Skin Peel on last month of 25 th ...Now I am looking for Hydra Facial ..And so need have a word with him ..
Female | 37 years
A Hydra Facial is the best choice of action since it will not only cleanse your skin but also exfoliate and hydrate it, which will ensure good results following the previous peel of the skin. My suggestion is that before getting the skin peel, you should connect with Dr. Vivek Mishra, get the details sorted, and ensure that this treatment fits well within your current care plan. The doctor's advice plays two main roles in both safety and performance. Keep your spirits up, and stay safe!

Infections, injuries, or even a blocked milk duct could be responsible for this. Nipple pain might also be caused by hormonal changes at times. Over-the-counter pain relievers can be used to relieve the pain but if it persists, see a doctor.

You may have dyshidrotic eczema. It looks like small blisters on hands, fingers, and feet. Irritants, allergies, or stress cause this condition. Though not itchy, blisters feel painful sometimes. Keep hands and feet cool and dry. Use mild products. Avoid triggers like certain soaps or foods. If it worsens, see a dermatologist.

Infection after shaving i think as ingrown hairs turned into boils that have puss in them how can I treat this at home
Female | 17
If ingrown hair has turned into painful boils with pus, try cleaning the area gently with warm water and soap. Apply warm compresses and avoid picking at the boils. Using over the counter antibiotics and wearing loose clothing can help. Maintain good hygiene and consider pain relief if needed. However, if the situation doesn't improve, worsens, or spreads, consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.

I got acne on whole face first there is pimple and it convert into mark or acne . Or having white spot ,uneven tone the texture is very bad like hyperpigmentation.
Female | 23
Pimples occur when oil and dead skin cells block hair follicles thus leading to a condition called acne. The marks are usually a result of inflammation in the skin. Instances that can be white spots and not consistent in color are marks of hyperpigmentation. Be gentle to your skin, do not pick your skin, and use products with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

1) I want to know why about 200 hairs are falling every day while combing. 2) And one more thing, about 80-90 hairs are falling every day without combing the hair. whenever i put my hand in my hair its about 5-6 hairs comes in my hand.if i don't put my hand in my hair even than after also some hairs are falls on my t shirt. Please tell me why it's happening? Is it serious problem or not?
Female | 20
Yet, losing around 200 shed hairs just while combing, and subsequently losing more during the day can denote an accompanying issue. Elements like stress, hormonal changes, problems with nutrition, or scalp conditions might cause this. I advise you to rethink your nutrition, take care of stress, and make use of appropriate hair care daily. If the condition remains unchanged, a dermatologist is the right step to get the exact cause and a personalized remedy.

Foot and hands ???? crack in my childhood day's it's problem continues in to my mother please ???? I needed solution for this problem help me
Male | 25
This may be the case because of the dryness from the lack of water. The absence of water in the skin can cause it to crack and get very painful. A good start would be to be always aware of your water intake, drink a lot of water, constantly apply a good moisturizer, and cover your hands and feet when going out. If the condition persists, visit a dermatologist.

You have a recurrent fungal infection in your lower body. Warm and humid conditions, such as excessive sweating, are the possible causes of fungal infections. Symptoms are characterized by redness, itching, and a rash. To help, ensure the area is dry and clean, wear breathable clothes, and apply antifungal creams. Hi ,iam Harshith Reddy J Iam suffering from pimples I have consulted a doctor near me and he said me to use the BETNOVATE-N skin cream iam using it but no use of it so please tell the solution for this pimples
Male | 14
Pimples are often caused by clogged pores, excess oil production, bacteria and hormones. Using Betnovate-N cream may not be the best option for treating pimples because it contains steroids that can worsen acne in the long run. Instead, you can try gentle cleansers, non-comedogenic moisturizers, and benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Remember, consistency is key when treating pimples. If your pimples persist, it’s best to consult a dermatologist for tailored advice.
