So i found a red sore on my penis beforehand it was a whitehead pimple so i didnt care a much then i realised its there already for like 2 weeks or so and yesterday it turned into a red sore and i just wanna know if its bad or if it will go away on its own or if i should go visit a doctor

Im 17 female.
