Tooth pain can strike quickly. It could mean cavities, diseased gums, or a cracked tooth. Did you grind your teeth at night? That also causes discomfort. Rinse with warm salt water. Stay away from hot or cold foods. Brush and floss carefully. If pain lingers, see a dentist right away. They'll check it out and treat the problem.

It's generally recommended to get bimax corrected with extraction .It's better that you consult an orthodontist to get more clarity.
