The person may have had a musculoskeletal injury or inflammation which causes pain in the left arm and chest. Nevertheless, it might be hard to identify the precise reason without a careful study. Thus, it is necessary to consult a cardiologist for further detailed evaluation to rule out any serious heart disease.
