I'm feeling a vibration in my penis
Male | 43
Penis tingles sometimes due to quirky causes - nerves acting up or twitchy muscles. Often it's just blood flow fluctuating. Stress exacerbates those jittery sensations, too. Stay calm, hydrate well, and avoid tight undies. However, if shaky penis symptoms persist or intensify, consult an urologist for advice.

Im scared i have chronic epiditymitis In the 7th week doctor said its not chronic and gave me zimmaks medicine saying itll take 1-2 weeks to heal but i scratched testicles now and then and now it’s nearly 3 months the antibiotics ran out and i feel like i have chronic and ive been stressing since
Male | 14
You're worried about symptoms. This condition causes testicular problems that last longer. It makes pain, swelling, and discomfort in that area. Different causes like infections trigger it. You need help from a urologist for the right diagnosis and treatment. Don't scratch there to avoid irritation. Do relaxing stuff to reduce stress which can make symptoms worse.

My urinary bladder is hanging and paining me during walking since last year. From last week, I am feeling urgue incontinence 10+ times per day.
Male | 16
The bladder needs to be lifted on purpose for you to be able to do ametabolism-free spermiation. Often urges to pee even if there's no desire for that could be a warning that something is wrong. Weak pelvic muscles or a prolapsed bladder might be the case. Consultation with a urologist is the first step to getting an accurate diagnosis and individual treatment plan. Strengthening, changes in lifestyle, or treatment such as surgery can be the answer to the condition you experience.

Does genital warts affects infertility in men? I already removed them 10 month ago but my sperm is a littel bit yellowish and sticky together
Male | 30
Genital warts do not affect male fertility.. Yellowish and sticky semen is normal and not a cause for concern.. Keep your genitals clean and avoid unprotected sex to prevent future infections....

As a bump in the urethra can be a sign of a sexually transmitted infection or another serious condition, therefore, it is suggested to book an appointment with a urologist as soon as possible.

urethral orifice is large size it has difficult to pass urine and any solution for it example stitching orifice is possible
Male | 25
You may be suffering from a condition called meatal stenosis. This is the result of the urinary opening being too narrow thus making it difficult to urinate. Symptoms include either pain or a weak stream of urine. One quick fix to the problem is to do a minor operation to make the opening wider. This will make it easier for you to pass urine. You can discuss this option with a urologist.

so im uncircumsised and my foreskin is very tight and cant peel fully back even when soft - it also looks weird under like different from typical circumsised
Male | 18
You may have a condition called phimosis. It is a tightening that prevents the skin from retracting properly. This is quite typical, it can be due to many different factors such as natural development or skin elasticity. The most important thing to remember is to stay clean and maybe light stretching could help in time. In case of any discomfort or problems, I suggest you talk to a urologist. They will advise you according to your situation and um will tell you about the treatment options that might benefit you.

Hey doc, My name is Bhargav and I am 30, From the last 2 weeks I have had so much of pain in my urethra and the pain starts when I go for urination, and it goes for more than 30 minutes even after urination. no change of color of urine or no smell from urine. No other frequent urination. I have one more condition from childhood, when I was 4 years old I was a victim of Child sexual abuse by my neighbor girl That time. and from then I had so much of pain in my urethra part all of sudden any time during the day, but that pain was gone with time and that pain was different than this pain. but when last year I got married That old pain started in my penis but comes and goes any time in day or night. but it doesn't hurt me when I go for pee. from the last 5 days I have taken Cefixime and PPI, and after taking Cefixime the pain is in control at more than 80 percent but still, it's paining in my urethra while I go for pee.
Male | 30
There is the probability that you have urinary tract infection which is the one causing the pain in your urethra. On one hand, with your background of sexual abuses and current disorders, it is significant to identify sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia and gonorrhea. I would recommend that you visit a urologist or a sexual health specialist to be able to get a proper diagnosing and treatment.

I'm having urine related problems lately, have too frequent night fall, after nightfall and ejaculation my urinary track end part inside penis feels kinda itchy, irritation goes off after sometimes or after urinating 2times, O get excited too early on sexual matters can't stay relaxed around my partner for too long penis gets excited without any reason or sexual feelings and on slight sexual feeling it starts leaking watery sticky liquid which just kills me from inside. I had been premedicated before had taken Frenxit and Urokit solution for a month which relaxed me for the timebeing about 75/80percent of the problems had gotten rid of but now after having night fall on rapid basis the problems started again, my medicine course just ended 15days back, i have no problems on my report relating to urine, diabetic, kidney everything is normal according my report just my urine PVC is 14mm.
Male | 24
As it is suggested by your symptoms, you should visit a urologist. Whenever any of the symptoms such as frequent nightfall, itchy and irritated urinary tract, early excitement or leakage of ‘waterly’ stick syrup from Voided Urine are noticed there is a possibility that an infection 0r inflammation has set in the Urinary Tract. Consulting a healthcare provider is considered necessary as opposed to self-medication which may aggravate the condition.

How do I increase may penile length using stem cell method. My penis size is my greatest insecurity and I would like to increase it's size using natural method as I don't want to take pills or enlargement surgeries. I have heard and read that by using stem cell you can enlarge your penile length. Please advise me as how to undergo this method.
Male | 18
The use of stem cells for penile enlargement is still considered experimental and may not be widely available or approved for routine use. If you have concerns about your penile size, it's essential to consult with a urologist or specialist in sexual health for professional guidance and information on potential treatment options.

I have a burning sensation while passing urine and blood comes
Female | 27
You might have a urinary tract infection. These infections can bring along symptoms such as a burning sensation when urinating and making urine slightly bloody. The additional features include frequent urination and discomfort in the lower abdomen. In this case, you will probably be prescribed antibiotics that a urologist ordered. Aside from that, you should also drink enough water to help remove the infection from your body.

My Nephew was being treated for high bilirubin during which Blood/urine test were done with +ve UTI. MCU suggested PUV which is not clearly visible in the X-Ray. One surgeon mentioned surgery, another Urologist mentioned nothing is required as it’s not clear and there are no symptoms of fever or UTI in the kid. Please advise.
Male | 0
Your nephew was watched for high bilirubin, which is good. It’s a puzzle with a positive UTI and maybe PUV. Symptoms include fever and UTIs. PUV can block urine flow. Surgery might be necessary but it’s not clear from the X-ray. If there is no fever or symptoms, don’t hurry now. Continue working with the doctors.

My penis foreskin dont get down. If I try then started paining. Age -17
Male | 17
You might be suffering from phimosis- condition where the foreskin is too tight to be pulled over the head of the penis. It is very important that you go to a urologist who will examine you and give you the right diagnosis. The treatment options may involve topical steroid creams or in more serious instances, circumcision.

If you have urethral discharge, this occurs when fluid comes out of your penis after you urinate or at certain times. It can also be caused by an infection such as gonorrhea or chlamydia and requires medical attention. To feel better consult a urologist they will need to give you the right treatment.

sex problems I have a cyst on my pee
Male | 39
A cyst on your urinary system is a liquid-filled bump that might cause discomfort. It may lead to pain when peeing, frequent urges, or blood in urine. Various reasons, like infections or blockages, can cause cysts. Some go away alone, but a urologist should check for the exact cause and the best treatment. Options include medication or removing the cyst if needed.

Its common to experience negative effects on self-esteem and confidence due to excessive masturbation. Although, masturbation is a normal and healthy sexual activity and it's unlikely to cause physical problems like urinary incontinence. i am 18 years old and have a circular hard lump on my right testicle the size of a pea (1.5cm). my testicles are not sensitive to the touch but occasionally feel discomfort in testicles and sometimes in lower belly. i do not want to go to the doctors if it is not absolutely necessary and something that will resolve itself over time. i have felt like this for around a month and a half too 2 months.
Male | 18
This lump could be a hydrocele or a cyst, which can sometimes cause discomfort in your testicles and lower abdomen. It's important to have a urologist examine it to determine if it's something serious. However, most lumps are usually harmless, so try not to worry.
