Hi I have a problem with my right testicle. It has become a little big. The reason was that when I was sitting, I started to feel pain. There is no blood in the urine or stool, and everything is normal. There is no strange color in my right testicle. I started applying warm compresses and the situation improved for a few weeks. And now on this day I feel somewhat nauseous and have pain in my stomach even though I had a cold and there is a lot of other phlegm in my throat until now Please I am very scared because of my testicle pain
Male | 20
Swelling and discomfort in a testicle can arise from various causes, such as inflammation or infection. While warmth and rest may help initially, your current nausea and stomach pain suggest that it would be wise to seek urologist. An urologist can determine if further treatment is necessary and provide peace of mind. Remember, addressing health issues early is always a good idea.

Hi, I'm currently 21 years old male and from Past 1.5 months i got a issue of bed wetting, please tell me the solution for it
Male | 21
Experiencing bedwetting at 21 can be concerning, but it is not uncommon. Possible causes include stress, hormonal changes, or underlying medical conditions such as urinary tract infections or diabetes. To manage this, establish a nighttime routine, limit fluid intake before bed, and practice relaxation techniques. Keeping a diary of fluid consumption and episodes may also help identify triggers. While home strategies can be effective, it is important to consult a urologist for a thorough evaluation and personalized guidance. They can help determine the underlying cause and recommend appropriate treatment options.

Is nitrofurantoin a nitrate drug and is it safe to take with viagra?
Male | 32
Nitrofurantoin isn't nitrate medication; it fights bladder infections as an antibiotic. Viagra is sildenafil from a distinct drug group. It usually okay to take them together since they work differently. But always talk to a doctor or pharmacist before new medications to avoid possible interactions.

Sir I want to checkup my testicular torsion so plz kindly reply this problem start in 2023 then this problem has started 1 year ago
Male | 15
Testicular torsion is rather dangerous, thus the fact that you are getting in touch is positive. If you've experienced discomfort in your testicles for a year, it might be due to testicular torsion - that's when the spermatic cord is twisted. Symptoms include abrupt, excruciating anguish, swelling, and nausea. This needs an emergency medical intervention to avert the destruction of the testicle. Surgery is typically required to untwist the cord and preserve the testicle.

I had symptoms of a uti so I was prescribed antibiotics. Before and after the Antibiotics I had no signs of nitrates, just leukocytes. After the antibiotics the only issue I had was vaginal dryness, itchiness and irritation in the urethra that made me have to pee more. All of these issues started after using soap in vaginal area consistently which I have now stopped. I treated the uti, then the yeast infection and now I am simply left with urethra irritation and dryness on my vulva. Good love mositurizer makes the symptoms go away. Do I just have a dry urethra?
Female | 20
This can occur after using soap in your vaginal area. The dryness can lead to irritation and itchiness down there. But do not worry, this issue can be fixed. Using a gentle lotion can help make the symptoms better. Just keep the area clean and do not use harsh soaps. If the itchiness does not go away, it is a good idea to see a urologist.

Male | 30
Maybe you have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTI may lead to lower abdominal pain, urinary scrotum granules, and burning urination. The main reason this happens is when bacteria get into the urinary system. To help, drink lots of water, wear loose clothes, and avoid holding in urine. Get in touch with a urologist, so they can diagnose your illness and give you adequate treatment.

I am 20 male. I recently got white sticky fluid (looking like sperm) in urine. This doesn't happen frequently. And this happens only during poop and not during only urination. I don't have any other symptoms like burn in urine, weekness or fatigue. I only have a fungal infection on skin near my private parts and thigh. That's all.
Male | 20
The cloudy liquid when experiencing bowel movements could be urine mixed with pre-ejaculatory fluid or a minor anatomical issue. The fungal infection could be a cause of skin irritation, but it is not very likely that it is a direct link. Making sure that you observe good hygiene is of paramount importance to your health. In case of this being a long-standing problem or getting worse, it is advisable to see a urologist who can refer you to diagnose the underlying cause.
