You may have suffered a penile injury. Symptoms like a steady snapping sound, a hard time getting an erection, and a little pain can happen. This might result from a tear in the tissue. It is necessary to rest your penis and refrain from sexual activities. If the problem continues or worsens, it is better to consult a sexologist for further evaluation and guidance.

I have masturbate for 5 years every day and now if I’m ejaculating the amount of sperm that comes out is small. What does it mean would it affect me
Male | 23
When you ejaculate only a small amount of semen, especially after masturbating a lot, it’s like running frequently- your body requires time to produce more sperm. This normally is not a big deal. However, if it hurts when you pee or you have trouble urinating at all then go see your doctor immediately. Try cutting back on how often you masturbate so that your body can have some time off.

Can I use to make my prick get bigger
Male | 14
However, there is a crucial thing that guys need to know. No matter how many expensive creams, pills, or gadgets you see being advertised on the internet, they will not make a man's penis any bigger than it is naturally. The penis comes in various sizes and it is okay. Also, keep in mind that size is not relevant in terms of pleasure. It is more important to be proud of your body the way it is.

I am concerned about my sexual well-being and would like to request free treatment assistance. Could you also recommend a reputable gynecologist in my area?
Male | 30
It is quite natural that you are concerned about your sexual health. Problems like discomfort, irregular periods, or unusual changes may occur more often. Again, these may have to deal with hormonal distortions, infections, or other diseases, which can be quite conveniently dealt with. I encourage you to approach a sexologist and disclose your case of the situation since they can provide you with individual advice and support.

Hello. Please answer me and give clarity. I'm in a helpless situation. On oct 24th there was an intercourse which includes no vaginal penetration ,no ejaculation,no direct contact of penis and vagina but it includes rubbing of penis around anal region. I can say the penis was dry . After that on Nov 8th or 9th she got her periods with normal flow. And again on Dec 6th she got her periods. On Dec 27th she did a urine pregnancy test out of my curiosity and it showed clear negative. Again on Jan 3rd she had periods which seemed to be normal flow and lasted for 3 days . Is there still any chance of pregnancy in this case. I'm soo worried by seeing some of the internet articles where a women did not noticed her pregnancy upto 6 months and some said they had bleeding during their pregnency. Plz help me.she is just 20.
Female | 20
It's understandable to feel anxious, but based on the details you provided, the risk of pregnancy is very low. The absence of vaginal penetration, no ejaculation, and normal menstrual cycles (including periods after the incident) strongly indicate that she is likely not pregnant. Urine tests performed after missed periods are typically reliable. While some women experience bleeding during pregnancy, it often differs from a regular menstrual flow. Consulting a gynecologist can provide reassurance and clarity tailored to her situation if concerns persist.

Does someone sex with me one chance then became pregnant
Female | 14
If you've had unprotected sex once and are worried that you might be pregnant, here are a few things to consider. The basic idea is that if sperm gets to an egg during intercourse then there could be a pregnancy. You may also experience symptoms such as missing your monthly period or feeling nauseated in the mornings. For clarity on whether this is true or not, use a pregnancy test kit.

Hi,i am 24 year old, I am suffering from some sexual issues .if I take some time for intimacy my penis become loose in a short period.when my penis become erect ,it does not have that much hardness.several time I take vigor tablet for timing issues
Male | 24
Difficulty maintaining an erection and reduced firmness can stem from various factors, including stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, or lifestyle habits. While over-the-counter supplements may provide temporary relief, they are not long-term solutions. I recommend a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and stress management techniques. However, it’s crucial to consult a sexologist for a thorough evaluation and tailored advice, as they can explore underlying causes and recommend appropriate treatments.

I am 23 years old. My issue is that I find it hard to ejaculate during intercounty. I tried it for like 7 times now and was able to ejaculate only once after a period of over an hour. Please what should I do
Male | 23
Trouble ejaculating during sexual intercourse is not something that people are not aware of. Several factors contribute to this. Some of these are stress, performance anxiety, as well as taking certain medications. Relaxing, discussing openly with your partner, and taking things slowly are crucial parts of the process. Also, practice different intercourse techniques or use some sex positions. Think about discussing it with a sexologist about it.

Am a negative male whom has used pep for a previous condom breaking this year, and all results negative so far. Recently oral sex was given to me by a lady whom later said she was HIV positive, though ejaculation was not in her mouth..after this info I immediately went for another pep drugs usage within 24hrs and have started using it some days now Please what are my chances of becoming infected via this oral sex from a confirmed infected woman leasing me to start pep immediately again? NB: I came out negative within 24hrs bfr I started this pep usage & it's my 2nd usage this year?
Male | 43
I'm glad you've been practicing safe sex by using PEP. The risk of HIV infection through oral sex is mostly low, and when no ejaculation is present in the mouth, the risk becomes too small. However, following the doctor's instructions to continue PEP is still very crucial. Look for some symptoms such as flu-like illness, fever, or body aches, and be alert. Almost like a way to go, keep on track, and be positive with the PEP (treatment) regime.

I'm 27 years old male...i noticed something yesterday i masturbated two time when i go for third time..i feel a weird feeling on touching penis..means i don't want to touch penis...there is discomfort...how it recover?
Male | 27
An issue with your reproductive organs after masturbating may be the reason behind your discomfort. It is a common occurrence. The unusual sensation you are feeling might be caused by excessive stimulation of your penis. Your poor buddy needs a little time to rest and recharge. You could also try cleansing with warm water and avoid soaps and lotions that contain harsh substances. If you experience discomfort for more than 3 days and it doesn't go away, it is best to consult a sexologist. They will check if everything is fine.

Masturbation is an ordinary sexual activity that many people do. It is good for finding relaxation, discovering the body, joy, or pleasure. As regards to this practice, there are no typical signs and if you experience discomfort, anxiety, or guilt, it may be beneficial to contemplate your feelings. In order to be comfortable doing it you may want to consider paying more attention to the atmosphere and use lube to slip in and out easier. A respectful relationship that is based on the consent of both people and what they are comfortable with is a good practice to employ. In case you are worried about your sexual health or emotional well-being, please contact a healthcare provider who will give you the advice that is tailored to your situation. Keep in mind that sex and health are very important topics to be discussed openly for the wellness of the body.

Hello I am 23 year old and I am very unhappy with my sexual health so what I can do for recovery quickly is possible
Male | 23
It is indeed a very common situation to have concerns about your sexual health because this can result from stress, hormonal changes, or even some lifestyle factors like diet and exercise. Low libido or difficulty having a sustainable erection, or else sexual discomfort can be some of the symptoms. To improve your situation, think of things like being physical with him, eating a diet that has all the nutrients it needs, and finally doing relaxation techniques to be stress-free. Sitting with your partner and talking about it can be the first step to the improvement of emotional intimacy. It is worth noting, that I should go forward with scheduling an appointment with a sexologist who can provide me with tailored guidance and ensure there are no underlying conditions.

Whenever I try to have intercourse, my penis does not get erect
Male | 23
It is both spiritual and bodily health that is very important to consider. It is a good idea to start with relaxation methods, along with the honest exchange of thoughts with your partner, and lead a healthy lifestyle, in which regular exercise and a good diet are included. Still, in case the problem continues to bother you, my suggestion would be to see a sexologist who can give you medical treatment if needed. He/She will come up with a solution that fits you well and, along with that, carry out some tests to determine the roots of the problem and give you the required help and care.

పురుషుడు | 22
It is okay and normal to masturbate once or twice a day. There's no such thing as health problems in the future because of it. Have a good time, but if you experience a lot of discomfort while doing the action or you have trouble with regular activities, it may be good to rest a bit.

Masturbation is normal, and many people do it. However, if you feel it's becoming too much, try distracting yourself. Exercise and hobbies can help. Sometimes, losing control can come from stress or boredom, so finding ways to manage those feelings is important. Getting enough sleep, eating well, and talking to someone you trust can also make a difference. If needed, don't hesitate to seek help.

Hi there. Regarding my sexual health, I am experiencing mild stinging of the penis with no visible sores. I’m currently applying clotrimazole for a fungal infection of the scrotum which has been present for around 10 days. 5 days ago I had protected sex with saliva contact on my penis. I’m unsure if I am dealing with a uti, thrush or genital herpes. Please advise, Thank you
Male | 30
The tingling feeling you’re noticing on your penis might mean the infection is still there or it could be caused by something else. There are similar symptoms for UTIs, thrush, and genital herpes. A UTI comes from bacteria, while thrush is a result of fungus and genital herpes is caused by a virus. To be certain about what’s going on, consider seeing a doctor. If you’re currently using clotrimazole for the fungal infection then continue doing so as directed. Another thing that might help is drinking plenty of water while staying away from any irritating products.
