Why Am I Bleeding and in Pain?
Why am I bleeding? Why am I hurting so bad a both sides of my stomach and I’m bleeding vomiting.

i can only drink hot water. if i drink room temperature water i will have several problems like indigestion, cold, stiffness, head ache. its been 7-8 years am only drinking hot water. same reason i don't drink tender coconut, juices, buttermilk etc. what is the solution

I have an episode of watery diarrhea for 5 days Stool analysis showed only mucus, with no parasites and 0-1 WBC's. I have had my last colonoscopy in September 2023, and it was clear from any lesion, inflammatory bowel disease symptoms or any other clinically significant finding. In 2020 I also had another colonoscopy with some specimens to check for microscopic colitis but the specimens were negative. I need to know what is wrong with me and what is the reason for this diarrhea. Blood test showed no Anemia (apart from my Thalassemia minor) , liver enzymes are normal, lactate dehydrogenase normal, CRP and ESR are normal. I need help . .

Hello. I have been diagnosed with underactive thyroid since 3 weeks and I was prescribe with L Thyroxin 25. On the 1st week I started to take it everyday in the morning 30 min before breakfast, everything was fine. Then on 2nd week, I started again my birth control pills which is Asumate 30. And from the moment that I have started again my birth control pills and the L Thyroxin 25, I have been having diarrhea problem for 2 weeks until today still on going. I am not sure what is the issue , can you help please ?
