These symptoms can be caused by various factors, including changes in vision, dehydration, or even stress. Since you've recently updated your glasses, it may take time for your eyes and brain to adjust. I recommend staying well-hydrated, taking breaks between tasks, and practicing relaxation techniques. However, if these sensations continue or worsen, consulting a healthcare professional is wise to rule out any underlying issues and ensure your well-being.

My father has c3 and c6 spine problem he can't move their legs.he can be recover or not

Male | 40

It`s a very serious condition when the legs become immovable because of the c3 and c6 spine issues. One may have symptoms like numbness or weakness. This injury may lead to the sudden onset of conditions such as spinal cord compression. Recovery is possible with treatments like physical therapy or surgery, depending on the situation.

Hi what causes fatigue , chest pain , pressure in my head , weakness in my left arm and leg , irregular heartbeat , I have bad dental and a lump at the base of my skull , low blood pressure

Female | 30

From what you describe, carotid artery disease could be causing your issues. This condition blocks blood vessels in your neck. It can lead to tiredness, chest discomfort, head pressure, and left arm/leg weakness. The irregular heartbeat, poor dental health, and skull base lump may relate. Reduced blood flow from the blockage could cause low blood pressure. To properly address this, seeking medical evaluation and treatment is vital.

Ive been facing tingling in hands and feet also having digestive issues since 1 week, had mild headache also. And now when I fall asleep, my whole body keeps shaking, gets normal, when I move little. Yesterday got my blood reports. I have 197 VIT B12 on ref level of 211-950(acc to lab). Therfore a deficiency. Also vast deficiency in VIT D. Is it all happening because of these deficiencies? Or any other reason?

Female | 19

Your symptoms suggest vitamin deficiencies. Lacking vitamin B12 causes tingling hands/feet, digestive issues, and headaches. Deficient vitamin D prompts shaky sleep sensations. These deficiencies likely cause your symptoms. To fix this, eat vitamin B12 and D-rich foods. Your doctor may also suggest supplements to restore levels.

I am suffering the following: - Post Polio Residual Paralysis cerebral vascular accident Is it coming under Multiple disability or Locomotor Disability

Male | 64

Your conditions, Polio Residual Paralysis and cerebral vascular accident (stroke) would generally be categorized as "Multiple Disabilities" rather than "Locomotor Disability." Multiple Disabilities involve coexisting impairments in different body systems, while Locomotor Disability typically refers to issues related to mobility. It's important to consult a medical professional for accurate classification.

HI I am worried about my forgetfullness, I am 20 years old and forgot a password yesterday that I have been doing at list 6 times a week for the past 2 years and today I was sure I brought my bag with me, but it ended up being at home, but I am convinced I took it with me. Is it dangerous that I am forgetting things?

Female | 20

It's normal to misplace or forget things sometimes especially when life gets busy or when you are feeling overwhelmed by the things to do. Forgetting a password or misplacing your bag occasionally is usually nothing to worry about at your age. Get enough sleep, eat healthily, and manage stress to help boost memory. If you're unsure, consider keeping a task list ready or utilizing the reminders on your phone to keep you structured. But if you have worries, getting in touch with a healthcare provider is a great alternative to get yourself tested and put your mind at ease.

Over come fear To tremors in body shaking 10 Ago to continue

Male | 28

Fear can make our bodies react in strange ways, and trembling is a natural response. However, if the shaking continues, it's important to take care of yourself. Relaxation techniques, like taking deep breaths or talking to someone, can help.

Headache . nose allergie and back pain

Male | 42

Headaches, nasal allergies, and discomfort in the back can occur together for various reasons, such as stress, environmental triggers, or poor posture. Allergic reactions might cause sinus pressure, and in turn, cause head pain, while muscle tension is likely to be the source of the back issues. To get rid these problems, you should take in enough water, learn to relax yourself by doing deep breathing, and maintain a good posture. Pain relief from a pharmacy is useful but to achieve a proper telling, work with a doctor. They will investigate your case carefully and then they will propose the most suitable measures to ensure better bodily functions. Keep in mind, for sure, getting help is one of the steps to be exultant of your recovery.

feel not well. like hadache issue

Female | 21

Headaches can come from many different things. Sometimes it’s because you’re thirsty or you haven’t had enough to eat. Being stressed out or looking at screens for too long can also give you a headache. Drink some water, have a healthy snack, and take a break from screens. If the headache doesn't go away, seek medical help.

Please I'm 20 years old, please I've been experiencing severe dizziness these days and I don't know what is causing that. It actually started last 2 years but when it comes and I relax on bed it'll suddenly go itself but since Wednesday 5th June, 2025 till now it's not going no matter how long I rest it's still not going and I don't know the cause. Please is there anything I must know

Male | 20

Dizziness is often caused by things like not drinking enough water, having low blood sugar, problems with the inner ear, or even just feeling stressed out. It might be best if this has been happening for some time to go and see a doctor. The appointment would be with a healthcare provider who can know why you feel dizzy and will treat you.
