Why do I have body rashes, ankle clots, and swelling?

I am having body rashes past one n half month. They keep fading away and reoccurring. Plus both ankles got clots and wound - along with redness and swelling in feet. Lot of pain constantly with tingling sensations and difficulty in walking Consulting docs but no relief

I have recently done Human Simplex virus(HSV) 1+2 igM serum test it come back <0.500 and another Human Simplex Virus (HSV) 1+2 igG serum test it come back 0.87 , sir could you please explain this , am I Infected or not
