This problem could be caused by poor blood circulation or by your sensitivities to changes in temperature, consequently, those being potential indications of issues such as Raynaud's phenomenon. To ease the discomfort you feel, make sure that you keep your arms and legs warm and do not let the skin get wet, and perhaps also use moisturizers to deal with the dryness. In the event of persistent symptoms or exacerbation, I advise you to see a dermatologist to get an in-depth checkup. I want glow on my face I have using Himalaya alovera moisturizer from 6months and ponds powder on my face every day I need glow on my face doctor
Female | 19
Himalaya aloe vera moisturizer and Ponds powder are good, but sometimes our skin needs extra care to glow. A dull complexion can result from not drinking enough water, poor diet, or lack of sleep. Start by drinking more water, eating fruits and vegetables, and getting enough rest. You can also try using a gentle exfoliating scrub once a week to remove dead skin cells and reveal a fresh glow.

The acne has to be treated accordingly as it is appearing in many parts of the body. The acne medications will control excess oil. Tuberculosis treatment may affect your hair as well as skin. I thus urge you to meet a dermatologist nearby and get evaluated for further treatment. Also start using anti-oxidant capsules, they will help a lot.

My mother has developed red patches on skin all over her body. Initially it occurs as a small red patch and then it widens and spreads . These red patches have occurred on her neck, breast, tummy, legs, head, back, elbow , everywhere. She has also developed cuts on her finger. It itches and burns very much. What is the diagnosis of this skin disease?
Female | 55
Your description of the symptoms leads me to believe that your mother has a skin condition called eczema. Eczema is characterized by the appearance of red, itchy patches on the skin. It can be caused or aggravated by certain substances or environmental factors. To alleviate the symptoms, it is necessary to maintain the skin's hydration and avoid irritants. Using mild soaps and wearing comfortable, breathable clothes can also be helpful.

25 year old men, i have bumps on my penis, top left part, seems like herpes, im not sure, my groing is itching
Male | 25
Lumps that develop near the penis may be caused by several factors. They may be herpes if they're either tender or similar to blisters. Moreover, among other signs, you might also experience some irritation in the groin. Herpes is an infectious virus that can be transmitted from one individual to another through sexual intercourse. However, to make sure, it is better to visit your healthcare provider and undergo the necessary tests. Proper medication and expert advice are necessary for the prevention and care of it.

Skin flake, crusty and black after skin peel
Female | 23
Some skin flaking, crusty appearance, and black discoloration after a peel is normal. This occurs because the peel removes your top skin layer, exposing new skin underneath. Sometimes, temporary discoloration and dryness can result. To aid recovery, moisturize gently and avoid picking flaky areas. Over time, as healing progresses, your skin condition should improve. If it doesn't, visit a dermatologist.

Male | 18
Be mindful when taking your medicine. If you're using creatine for muscle building while treating a skin allergy, timing is important. Some medications may interact with creatine or affect your workout. To be safe, ask your dermatologist if your skin allergy medicine will interfere with your creatine use.

Female | 23
Usually, they’re a sign of a common skin condition called eczema. Itchy red spots on the skin are the most common symptoms. Clothing that is too tight and sitting for long periods can make it worse. Ways to help include wearing loose clothing, keeping your skin moisturized, and not scratching it. If the itchiness doesn’t improve, it’s a good idea to talk to a dermatologist.

Hard itching can't sleep and dry skin all these are near my private part... (Treatment I have taken) I have taken the permethrin body lotion 5 % whole night I have taken ivermectin 12mg (1)dose. Please tell me what I am missing and doing wrong. Contact no. 7631373172
Male | 23
It sounds like you are having a very annoying itch and feeling uncomfortable not only due to the skin irritation but also due to the secondary infections or probably the reinfestation, besides. Maybe eradication of scabies is not always that easy. Be sure to launder all the clothes, and bed linens on a hot wash to kill the remaining mites. Also, think of another treatment application one week after the first one for a better cure. If any symptoms are still there consult a dermatologist for personalized advice.

I used undiluted peppemint oil and now it seems like i have a chemical burn, what can i use on it to let it heal faster.
Female | 25
It could be that your peppermint essential oil is too concentrated and has started to irritate your skin. Some of the symptoms of the condition include redness, burning, or discomfort on the skin. For the healing process, wash the affected part gently with cool water and follow with a soothing fragrance-free moisturizer such as aloe vera or a hydrocortisone cream. Try to keep away from exposure to irritants. If the irritation worsens or does not improve within a few days, I suggest consult a dermatologist.

Can you wear acrylics nails for a tonsillectomy
Female | 15
Acrylic nails aren't recommended before tonsillectomy surgery. Those fake nails could harbor germs, making hand hygiene tricky. During tonsillectomy, doctors remove tonsils, often due to infections or breathing issues. Clean hands prevent surgical site infections, so natural nails are only for this procedure. Wait until you've recovered fully before getting acrylics again.

I am an 18 year old male who has had a red mark, presumably from masturbation on my penis for the last couple of years. It hasn’t changed but I’ve persisted masturbation so maybe that’s why. The color of my skin there is dark so the mark looks reddish-pink and the skin is a bit scaly and dry but it does not hurt or bleed. I don’t know if it’s friction burn or something else.
Male | 18
It seems that what you are going through may likely be hyperpigmentation from inflammation. This could be caused by constant rubbing during the time you are masturbating which can result in rough, scaly skin that will be red or pink in color. Keeping the area clean, protected, and well moisturized is important. Using a mild, scentless moisturizer is a great way to start. Whether the symptoms persist or get more severe, it's worth making an appointment with a dermatologist so they can give you proper advice.

Im 16 years old girl. Im suffering from hairfall issues. What should i do?
Female | 16
The incidence of hair fall is rather alarming, particularly in your generation. The most common reasons include tension, hormonal fluctuations, the inadequacy of certain nutrients, and some specific health issues. Observe signs such as general weakness, missing patches, or excessive hair fall. To maintain a healthy scalp, make sure to include a well-balanced diet in the menu that is rich in vitamins and minerals, reduce mental stress to manage stress, and keep up with hair care practices. Besides, it's a good practice to abstain from very tight hairstyles that can lead to hair pulling. In case the trouble is constant or aggravated, I suggest you seek the advice of a dermatologist.

I am a 31 year old female and I have 2 white bumps down there in my area. They don't hurt and they are not itchy. They are tender to touch sometimes but that's about it. Could it possibly be razor bumps or pimples
Female | 31
I think you may have ingrown hairs there these are both two small white spots. This occurs following shaving when the hair grows back into the skin. The area may be tender when touched. Until they clear up, don’t shave over them, and try gently exfoliating your skin. If this doesn’t work or if you’re worried about anything else then please see a dermatologist.
