Why does my recurring infection persist at 21?

I'm a 21years old female with infection. I have been to several hospitals with different drugs prescribed, when it seems to go then it comes back again

I am experiencing some concerning symptoms around the genital area. There is significant redness on the head of the penis and on the skin when it is pulled back. Additionally, a large, raised bump that resembles a pus-filled lesion has appeared on the head of the penis. There is also an unpleasant smell that persists despite washing and maintaining hygiene.
