It’s common to experience menstrual irregularities, especially at your age. Factors such as stress, changes in weight, hormonal imbalances, or underlying health conditions can contribute to missed periods. Since your pregnancy test is negative, you might consider lifestyle factors and emotional stressors you’re facing. Maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, and managing stress can help. However, if your cycle remains irregular or you have other symptoms, it's wise to consult a gynecologist. They can provide personalized advice and wellness strategies for your situation, ensuring you receive the best possible care.

Period It's been a long time I didn't get my periods
Female | 27
It’s important to understand that missing menstrual cycles can stem from various factors, including hormonal imbalances, stress, significant weight changes, or underlying health conditions. Symptoms might include mood fluctuations, fatigue, or changes in appetite. To address this, consider maintaining a balanced diet, managing stress through relaxation techniques, and ensuring adequate sleep. Regular exercise can also be beneficial. However, if the delay continues or you experience concerning symptoms, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist for personalized care. They can offer appropriate testing and support to help understand your situation better.

Hello ..I am trying to conceive since June 2023 ...I have PCOD I have started taking metformin and clomiphene from Jan 2024... Still not able to conceive My height is 5'1 and weight 60 kg Please help me out
Female | 30
It is difficult to become pregnant with PCOD. This leads to irregular periods and issues with ovulation, as well as increased levels of male hormones. Metformin or clomiphene may be used for regulating the menstrual cycle and promoting ovulation. Ensure you take them according to your doctor’s instructions. Fertility in women with PCOD can also be enhanced by losing weight; therefore, it is important to stay healthy.

Female | 17
There are lots of things that can cause a missed period, like stress, a sudden change in weight, or an imbalance of hormones. You may also feel bloated and I hope this helps. My advice would be to relax, eat well, and stay active. But if it goes on much longer than normal for you, make sure everything’s okay with a gynecologist.

Had sex on 11 day after period, I pill taken after 23 hours, 11 days to go their is no periods
Female | 20
It’s fine if your period is late after taking Plan B because it messes with your cycle. Some symptoms like spotting, feeling sick, or changes in the timing of your menstrual cycle are pretty normal too. Remember that stress may also cause a delay in your period so try not to worry too much about it. Everything should return to normal soon enough. If not though, then maybe think about getting a pregnancy test.

I don't understand my bleeding is normal or periods?but my stomach is paining and I eat dates
Female | 23
You may be experiencing period cramps, which are common during the menstrual cycle when the body sheds blood each month. Stomachaches and bleeding are normal signs. While sweets made from dates won't relieve the pain, they can provide energy. To ease the pain, try using a hot water bottle on your tummy or take a warm bath. If the pain becomes too much, visit a gynecologist.
