One thing to mention, reduce the number of times masturbate and the alternative to stress such as engaging in hobbies or involving yourself in physical exercise. Also, the points of view of those who have never masturbated can be offered as advantages. It would be most beneficial to exercise, eat healthily, and drink a lot of water. If the symptoms do not go away after some time or if they become more severe, then it is of utmost importance that you seek advice from a sexologist giving full cooperation to help you deal with certain conditions.

Will applying estrogen cream directly to my penis and scrotum cause permanent atrophy to my genitals? I want to make my genitals shrink as much as possible, to infant sized or even smaller. I'm aware of the other effects estrogen will have, but my only concern is to shrink my genitals to near non-existent, permanently and irreversibly. Open to any other non-surgical methods as well
Male | 55
Using estrogen cream to sensitive areas such as the penis and scrotum may change tissues and cause atrophy because of which this may be a temporary issue but not a lasting one. Serious consequences are usually the result of more widespread hormonal treatment or surgical intervention. It is of great importance to first consult a sexologist who will guide you through safe methods of attaining the required outcome. They can give you a custom-made piece of advice that would be on your needs and your general health factors.

If a boy masturbes and then sperm get on his fingure and then he do finguring to the girl then it has chance of pregnancy
Male | Ashish
If a guy's sperm is on his fingers, he has spread it all over a girl's body; there is a very small chance of her getting pregnant. This is so because the sperm swim like swimmers to find the egg and fertilize it. The early signs of getting pregnant might be the absence of periods, nausea, and tiredness.

One may struggle with orgasm, things like -pressure, no respect, and - feeling alone, to name a few. Some possible causes might be stress, the use of certain medications, or hormone imbalances. Not to forget nerves and blood vessels of either the penis or the brain also being a part of this problem. To alleviate this, it turns out to be important to treat any basic diseases and seek help from a doctor or a therapist.

I'm suffering from premature ejaculation
Male | 42
Reaching climax quickly during sex is called premature ejaculation. You ejaculate in under a minute after penetration. This problem makes controlling ejaculation difficult. Reasons can be mental - anxiety, stress. Or physical factors contribute too. Counseling helps some men improve control. Others try exercises or medications for better management.

Hello, I had oral sex and after that I used a condom for vaginal sex. Is there a chance to get HIV from oral sex?
Male | 27
With HIV, which is the virus that causes AIDS, it is difficult to get it by having oral sex with someone. Some signs that someone might have HIV include feeling like you have the flu, being very tired, or having swelling in your glands. During vaginal intercourse, a condom should be used so as not to catch HIV.

I am 26 ,,,when a girl touches my penis I ejaculate ,,,,only rubbing it for 10 seconds
Male | 26
I think you might have premature ejaculation. This means coming quickly when you’re touched sexually. It’s common and can be because of stress, nervousness, or inexperience. Try to be relaxed about it and talk to your partner.

Dear Doctor, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to discuss some concerns that have been affecting my mental and sexual health, specifically related to my use of pornography and its broader impact on my life. I am a male, 26/27 years old. No health issues. I've noticed that my consumption of pornography and engagement in cybersex have escalated to a point where they negatively affect my life and relationships. My need for increasingly explicit material to achieve sexual arousal has grown over the years (a phenomenon called "Desensitization" i believe), and it's become apparent that this pattern is not sustainable. I've observed that this habit has not only affected my ability to enjoy real-life sexual encounters but has also contributed to the deterioration of my previous relationship. At times, I had found myself needing to think of pornography to maintain an erection during sexual intercourse. In an attempt to address this, I've tried to quit watching porn, only to experience a significant drop in my libido and desire for sexual activity. This "flat line" phase, as it's often referred to in various forums, has left me feeling worried and uncertain about the path forward. Of course, i started watching again, just to make sure that everything is normal. The first couple of times, the erections were weaker than usual. I understand that the body of scientific research in this area is still evolving, and there seems to be a lack of definitive guidance on dealing with these challenges. Given these complexities, I'm seeking your professional advice on several fronts: 1- Is the "flat line" phase a recognized scientific phenomenon, and what does current research say about it? 2- Considering my concerns about the long-term effects of abstaining from pornography and reduced masturbation, what guidance can you provide? I'm particularly worried about maintaining sexual function, including erectile strength and ejaculation control. 3-Could you suggest any scientific, medical research articles or resources that could offer more insight into these issues? Your expertise and any evidence-based recommendations would be immensely valuable to me as I consider my next steps. Many thanks for your time and consideration. Kind regards,
Male | 26
It is crucial to realize that gaining an excessive amount of pornography and cyberspace ultimately results in being desensitized, and it has a negative impact on sexual encounters with real living partners and relationships.
The "flat line" effect, that you brought up, is also a commonly displayed problem where former porn addicts may experience a drop in their sex drive and arousal. But for now, the findings are not substantial, more studies are required to distinguish porn effect on sexual function from its own.
With regard to facilitation, many people have found it immensely helpful to consult a professional mental health care provider, such as a therapist or a counselor, and avail their expert help in dealing with this problem and addressing any underlying psychological factors. A sex therapist may possess skills in counseling individuals with sexual dysfunction or enhancing sexual functions.
Your well-being is of top concern and seeking the help of a mental and sexual health specialist can provide you with the needed information when making a decision about your next step. In this connection, I suggest you talk to a psychologist or sex therapist, whose main professional concern is the issues you are experiencing, for more help and support.
Best regards,

I’m 20 I have small penis how can I increase size
Male | 20
Different penis sizes are normal for men. Having a small penis is not usually a health issue. It is more about genes. Penis size does not impact sexual function. But sometimes, stress or worry can make you concerned about it. If you feel worried, it is important to talk to someone you trust, like a sexologist or counselor.

I am a 25 year old boy or am I having sexual problems? It is as if I am having sex with my partner, my sperm is falling out a lot or my sperm is also becoming watery.
Male | 25
This might come from premature ejaculation or problems in sperm quality. Premature ejaculation refers to the event of discharging sperm too quickly during the intercourse. Additionally, a condition such as thin semen can be a side effect of stress, malnutrition, or certain diseases. An approach to handling this would be to relax your body, eat a balanced diet, and discuss the issue with a sexologist
