2 month 6 day se mera period nhi aya hai kya problem ho sakti h
Female | 25
Missing a period of 2 months and 6 days can be caused by many different reasons. The classic cause is being stressed. Living in constant anxiety or overthinking can make one's menstrual cycle go off track. Among other reasons, hormonal imbalances, excessive exercise, or weight changes can be the causes of the problem. To deal with this, you should try to manage stress by practicing relaxation techniques and eating healthily. If the issues continue, you should consult with a gynecologist.

I had UTI will it cause infertility
Male | 16
A UTI is a urinary tract infection. This condition does not usually impact fertility. Some signs of a UTI are burning when you pee, needing to pee often, and urine that looks cloudy or smells strong. UTIs mostly happen when bacteria enters the urinary tract. To treat a UTI, your doctor will give you antibiotics. Drinking lots of water can help flush out the infection. If you are worried about fertility, it is best to talk to a gynecologist. They can give you personalized advice based on your situation.

I am 22 years old, I have been taking tretiva 10 for approx 1 month My concern is does it affect the period blood flow because there is very minor to no flow which is very unusual as I face heavy flow.
Female | 22
Tretiva 10 may cause a decrease or an irregularity in periods sometimes. It is a frequent side effect that usually happens among women. However, if you are concerned, you should consult a gynecologist. They may recommend either changing the dose or switching to a different medicine if necessary.

Smita , age 21, female , had pregnancy termination via suction pump on 5 Nov 2023 . Few days after termination I noticed a few red pimple like bumps near the vaginal opening. They gradually increased in size and number. The bumps are swollen red ,many in no with few large in size causing discomfort in urinating and even walking.
Female | 21
You might be having genital herpes which can develop painful red bumps in the area of the vagina. You should go to a gynecologist or an STI specialist in order to get the right diagnosis, and treatment.

Doe Vitamin A reduce fertility in women
Female | 25
Vitamin A plays a crucial role, yet excessive quantities hinder fertility. An imbalance arises when Vitamin A disrupts hormonal equilibrium essential for conception. Symptoms manifest as persistent fatigue and visual impairment. To rectify the issue, consult a medical professional regarding dietary adjustments, potentially reducing Vitamin A-rich foods intake.

I have taken unwanted kit yesterday. But still bleeding have not started... What should I do??
Female | 39
Don't worry if you took the Kit but bleeding hasn't started yet. It can take time for the medicine to work, so be patient. Sometimes a few days pass before bleeding begins. Follow the instructions carefully. Contact a gynecologist if you're worried or if bleeding doesn't start after several days.

I took a positive pregnancy test presumably 4.5 weeks gestation. I am now 10 weeks gestation, tomorrow. I took a pregnancy test tonight as a result of overthinking and doubt whether I'm pregnant or not. It was negative. However, I've been experiencing tender sore breasts, nosebleeds, light cramping, back pain, feeling more hungry yet hesitant to eat much due to feeling nauseous at various times of the day and "pregnancy rage" (I'm a very calm person. It's out of charachter)
Female | 27
You've had uncommon symptoms lately. The negative test doesn't always mean no pregnancy. Early pregnancy often brings tender breasts and nausea. Nosebleeds, cramping, back pain, and mood shifts can relate to pregnancy hormones too. Take care of yourself by resting when needed, drinking enough fluids, and eating small meals frequently. If you're concerned, consult a gynecologist.

My period is late should I be worried? I never had unprotected sex, we used condoms semptember 10 is suppose to be my due should I wait or take action?.
Female | 27
Hi! The fact that you are using protection every time you have sex is a great thing, and it shows the level of responsibility you have. It is not always true that the reason why periods are late is that you are pregnant. Anxiety, fluctuations in weight, or sickness can be some of the reasons why your period may be late. If you notice that the period is still absent, it is wise to consult a gynecologist.

I missed my period recently bt I didn’t had any sexual activities. Am I gonna be fine? When Can I possibly get my period again? Is there any way to get it again?
Female | 18
Not having your period can be a little scary even if you haven’t been engaging in sex. when this happens, the main causes can be stress, weight change, hormonal imbalance, or starting a new medication. Your period should come within a few weeks. But until then try to relax more often than not, eat balanced meals every day, exercise regularly, and manage stress. If it doesn’t show up when expected then it might be a good idea for you to see a gynecologist for a check-up.

I had emergency pill yesterday and I had sex today. Should I take emergency pill again?
Female | 20
Worry not, I get your concern! But taking the emergency pill repeatedly isn't wise. These pills work optimally when taken shortly after unprotected intimacy. Remember, they don't shield against future pregnancies. If pregnancy fears linger, consider consistent birth control methods. Consult a gynecologist if any unusual symptoms arise.

If you want to skip your periods, you can talk to a doctor about taking Norethisterone, a hormonal medication. It can be used to safely postpone your periods without causing any significant side effects. Make sure to consult with a gynecologist before taking any medication.

I missed my periods for 1 month and i test negative is that normal?
Female | 22
A missed period with a negative pregnancy test happens sometimes. Stress, hormone changes, weight shifts, hard exercise, or conditions like PCOS could be why. It's normal - your body's complicated! But check how you feel. If you're worried, talk to a gynecologist.

I had unprotected sex may 25th and then two hours later I took a plan b. Then a week later I had it unprotected again he didn’t cum and wasn’t even close and I didn’t take anything. I was getting worried and decided to take a pregnancy test and it was negative. The test I took was a first response test which can tell you early. Then I took an EPT branded pregnancy test and that was also negative. I did it yesterday and this was a week from my period. I just want to know if those results are something I should rely on? Can they be right if they are specifically for early testing?
Female | 18
In case you didn’t know, a not positive report from First Response brand or EPT brand kits is a good thing. This is because they can identify pregnancy hormones early, enabling you to trust the results. However, it is recommended that you seek further guidance from a gynecologist if you have any concerns or start feeling unwell.

Female | 39
Not getting your period on time is concerning, but we'll find the cause. You mentioned getting intimate in late March, which could be the reason. Sometimes, this shifts your cycle. Other possible causes are stress or certain medicines. If you feel queasy or tired, doing a pregnancy test at home may help.

I visited a dentist today. It was just a normal checkup. No surgery or any other procedure. The doctor used her magnifying glass instrument to check my oral region and then used a suction pull. Nothing else was used. This process lasted for 3-4 minutes. I have fear that what if the instrument was not cleaned properly and then used on me. Can I get HIV, Hepatitis, Herpes or HPV from it. Also I have health anxiety
Male | 19
The possibility of catching HIV, Hepatitis, Herpes or HPV from ordinary dental visits is low because dentists rigorously maintain sanitation protocols. Nonetheless, if there's any discomfort or worry, it'll be beneficial to fix a meeting with your regular doctor for some blood test or have a consultation with a specialist in infectious diseases.

Hi doctor I have bilateral ovarian cyst which is endometriotic and my periods are delaying pass 2-3months so I took CA-125 test it’s showing 46.1 does it predict to cancer, I had consulted you in bgs please suggest me what has to be done also I have vitamin d deficiency 7.6 before after taking d rise sachets it’s once to 16 now again doctor asked me to continue
Female | 28
You’ve had the CA-125 test done, and a result of 46.1 may indicate discomfort, not necessarily cancer. Ovarian cysts often cause irregular periods. Women with vitamin D deficiency are more likely to experience menstrual irregularities, so a vitamin D plan may help regulate your periods. Contact your gynecologist promptly.

If my cycle lies within normal range but not on exact date every month , when should I take pregnancy test for accurate results ?
Female | 25
It’s perfectly normal for menstrual cycles to vary slightly in timing. If you suspect pregnancy, it’s best to take a test about one week after your expected period date for the most accurate result. Common early signs of pregnancy include missed periods, nausea, and breast tenderness. If your test is positive or if your period is significantly late, consider reaching out to a gynecologist for guidance. They can offer support and perform further assessments to confirm your situation.

Hey I am 21 years old woman. I am having a issue in my menstrual periods. Last i got my period on 30th Dec. 21 and i was suppose to have my periods on around 29th jan 22. Its 4th feb now and didnt have my periods. I have abdominal pain sometimes. Earlier i never had problem related to periods , i used to have my periods on the given date only. I had protected sex on 5th January, still i get tested with the kit its showing negative.
Female | 21
Hi, There are several causes for delayed periods. U first need to rule out pregnancy by taking a urine pregnancy test if it shows a single line means it’s negative. After that, u need to visit a nearby gynaecologist or a Sonologist and take transvaginal sonography of the pelvis and get your endometrial thickness checked, depending upon which the gynaecologist will give medicines to bring in periods If the urine test is positive then u need to go to the gynaecologist and she will explain you further details

If I take 4 doses of emergency contraceptive on 4 consecutive days while having sex can ensure not getting pregnant, 4 weeks after a miscarriage
Female | 25
Taking multiple doses of emergency contraceptive pills is not recommended. Emergency contraceptives are designed to be taken immediately, not as a regular FORM of birth control.. Also, they are not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy, so it's important to use additional methods such as CONDOMS. It's best to speak with a healthcare provider to determine the safest and most effective form of birth control for you .
