Why My Swollen Lymph Node Behind Ear Shrink?

i have a lump behind my ear that hasn't gone away. it appears to be a swollen lymph node and it's not that big but it's been here for a while and won't seem to go down or go away. i checked on it today and it looks bigger than before so i'm worried.

Consequently, the tonsils may swell; this usually happens because of viruses and bacteria nabbing around in lymph nodes. However, sometimes it is a sign of a more serious or chronic condition; therefore, continuous changes of lumps need to be evaluated by a doctor. You should consult a dermatologist for more proper treatment advice.

I'm 27 year old, having acne issue for 2 years, consulted with skin specialist however no improvement problem is same, it's seems like small bumbs on face, what should I do ?

Female | 27

Acne is multi-factorial problem, hormonal disease in most of the patients, diet, exercise, hygiene, grooming practices play important role.so visiting dermatologist and taking treatment is one option and maintain treatment for long time because if you are getting any improvement with the treatment then continue it otherwise dermatologist will change it. there are few things that has to be taken care. One thing not to apply hair oil, avoid having dandruff or use anti-dandruff shampoos weekly on the scalp, using face washes that have salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Avoid using thick greasy moisturizers or cream on the face. Use only creams that are gel based or water based. Drink plenty of water, avoid fat or cheesy diet, exercise 10-15 mins of the day. Topical steroids have to be avoided. Topical antibiotics like Clindamycin are useful. Oral Antibiotics or retinoids are advised.

Suffering from acne /pimpleblackhead problem from last 4 year

Female | 17

The prime reason for this is mostly the excess oil production on your skin. Stress, hormonal changes, and the fact that you don't clean your face properly can worsen it. To boost your skin, follow these suggestions: wash your face often with a mild cleanser, keep your hands off your face, and eat a balanced diet.

Can i get hpv from sharing clothes , towels or my personal items or objects from someone who has genital warts ?

Male | 32

Genital warts are caused by a virus known as HPV. It is impossible to be infected with HPV through the sharing of clothes, towels, or objects of personal hygiene. The most common way for HPV to spread is through skin-to-skin contact, usually during sexual activity. The general symptoms of genital warts are the presence of small, flesh-colored bumps in the genital area. In case you happen to be concerned about HPV then the best thing to do is to talk to a healthcare provider about preventing and treating it.

Can i get hpv from touching doors, keyboards, cups, clothes or shaking hands ? Thank you so much.

Male | 32

HPV means human papillomavirus. You can’t get it from things like cups, clothes, doors, and keyboards. This virus is often spread through skin-to-skin contact. It can cause warts or even cancer in some cases. The best way to keep yourself safe from this virus is to get the HPV vaccine.
