Hi. Acne is a recurrent problem especially in youth. You can go for a course of Retiniods for Almost complete remission from acne. But first you need to get some blood tests as advised by a certified dermatologist before starting the course. You need to be monitored by dermatologist during the course.
Coming to your Question about Laser , if you are asking does laser helps in acne ? No. Laser is used to treat Acne scars not acne itself. Chemical Peels can be used for Quick and effective treatment of acne.

You can get it removed at a Skin clinic. The dermatologist will use CO2 Laser to remove it.

It is not acne.Its bacterial infection. You need to apply Antibiotic ointment to it. To prevent frequent infections, you should go for laser hair removal. it will keep the area clean and hygienic.

I am a female aged 22.l have rash in between my thighs this has been happening for the past 10 years.l thought it is caused by friction so l wore tights to prevent it and it worked, but now Nothing is working. This may be fungal infection. Need to be examined by a Dermatologist. Avoid tight underwear. Wash underwear daily. Keep the area dry.
