How can I reduce my B12 levels?

Mera b12 2000 ho reha hai sir isko kam kese kre

Answered on 7th Oct '24

The B12 level of 2000 is too high. Possible side effects of high B12 include dizziness, nausea, and skin rashes. It may be due to over-supplementation or certain health conditions. To lower it, avoid B12 supplements and foods that are rich in B12. Water is an excellent conductor of waste and thus helps you eliminate excess B12 from your body. Get re-evaluated after a few weeks to check if it's normal again.

As per the signs and tests, the person is thought to have a parasitic infection, for instance, a worm in the intestines. This may result in weight loss, anemia, fatigue, and the yellowing of the eyes at night. The plan includes using a medication to kill a worm as well as boosting iron and vitamin D levels.

You may be going through the phenomenon of breakthrough bleeding. Normally, this may happen after taking hormone replacement therapy. The blood you see may not be like menstrual bleeding in your case. It could be your body learning to cope with the hormone changes. Breakthrough bleeding is usually harmless, but it's good to mention it to an endocrinologist

You may be having a condition known as hypothyroidism. This is a result of your thyroid gland not functioning properly. Among the symptoms are missed periods, weight loss, dizziness, tiredness, and shortness of breath. You should consult a doctor and book an appointment for a blood test to see how much thyroid is in your blood.

You should continue to take the medicine as prescribed. See your urologist regularly to ensure your health is stable.

Masturbation is a normal thing that comes with body changes occurring during puberty. The growth spurt, hair growth, and other changes you mentioned are typical signs of puberty. The body is simply going through the process of normal growth and development. Continue to look after yourself by eating right, staying active, and seeking help from a trusted adult if you have any concerns.

During puberty, it's normal to notice more hair on your legs, hands, and chest, along with a growth spurt. These changes are part of becoming a teenager and are not caused by masturbation. Instead, focus on healthy habits like eating well, exercising, and getting enough sleep.

Your excessive sleep and tiredness could be related to your thyroid issue affecting energy levels and overall health. The ear itching, leg pain, and hand pain may also need further evaluation. Visit an endocrinologist for your thyroid condition and a neurologist to check if there are any nerve-related issues. A proper diagnosis will help you get the right treatment to improve your symptoms.
