It’s important to notice the indications of your girlfriend. The blood in her urine could be from a urinary tract infection (UTI). These involve painful sensation or burning during urination, frequent urge to urinate even when passing little amounts, and sometimes lower abdominal pains. She might require antibiotics to treat the UTI. Let her drink plenty of water and ensure she goes to the toilet whenever she feels like doing so. Advise her to have enough rest without holding urine for long periods. To receive the correct treatment, it would be best if she gets checked by a gynecologist.

If you notice spotting without any “real” bleeding, don’t freak out — this can happen for a bunch of different reasons. Changes in hormones might be responsible; so could stress, pregnancy, or certain medications you’re taking. You’ll want to see a gynecologist about it so they can tell you what’s what and give some recommendations based on your situation specifically.

Your menstrual cycle is back on track and that’s good. But it can be disappointing if you don’t get pregnant. This could be due to problems with your ovulation or your partner’s semen. Stress, gaining or losing too much weight, and health issues might also have an effect. Track your ovulation, maintain a healthy weight, and see a gynecologist regularly.
