Taking Isovent (misoprostol) without a doctor's supervision can be dangerous. It may cause symptoms such as cramping, bleeding, nausea, and dizziness. But no pain or blood does not necessarily mean that it worked. It can take time. If there are no symptoms, you can wait a day or two. If there is still no change, get in touch with a gynecologist for directions and to make sure you are okay.

When periods are delayed and prolactin levels are at 28 ng/mL, it may be due to a condition called hyperprolactinemia, which is characterized by high levels of prolactin in the blood. Symptoms can include irregular periods and milky discharge from the breasts. This condition can be caused by stress, certain medications, or a benign tumor on the pituitary gland. Treatment usually involves medication or addressing the underlying cause.

Not having your period for one month could be a result of several different factors. Stress, changes in weight, hormone imbalances, or even pregnancy can be the original causes of this. On the one hand, it’s not something you should worry too much about, if it continues or is accompanied by any other symptoms, it’s a good idea to consult with a gynecologist

No penetration equals a low chance of pregnancy. Early symptoms of pregnancy are missed periods and morning sickness. If you spot such signs, think about getting a pregnancy test. To prevent pregnancy, next time you should think about using protection.

Stress, fluctuations in weight, too much exercise, or hormonal problems may be the reasons for your irregular cycle . Monitoring your periods, and if you have missed them for a longer period, it's wise to consult a gynecologist. The doctor gets to know the cause of the problem and helps decide the appropriate actions to be taken.

Most of the signs of pregnancy are the following: missed period, fatigue, nausea, or vomiting, frequent urination, and swollen or painful breasts. If you have been sexually active and notice these symptoms, there is a possibility you may be pregnant. The best way to be sure is by using a home pregnancy test kit. These kits are usually found at most drugstores and are easy to use. Follow the instructions on the box, and within minutes you will have your answer. If the test is positive, it would be wise to consult a gynecologist to confirm the results and start the necessary treatment.

You might have a urinary tract infection (UTI) which is what it sounds like. UTIs may result in malodorous urine, burning urination, need for urination frequently, and even fever. For your natural symptoms to ease, drink enough water, stay away from holding your urine for too long period, and keep up with your hygiene. You can also try drinking cranberry juice. But, if your symptoms don't go away or worsen, go to a urologist.

Could spotting after protected sex indicate pregnancy for hypothyroid patients?

I'm having spotting today..I had sex with my partner..but he didn't insert his penis...the semen was spread outside..so in doubt I took ginger and papaya leaf..I'm also a hypothyroidism patient..is it a sign of pregnancy...and if so is it safe to take i-pill

Women may experience light spotting after sex, especially if their period is approaching. This is normal and not always a sign of pregnancy. Irregular periods can also be caused by mental health issues linked to hypothyroidism. While ginger and papaya are commonly used herbs, they are not reliable for preventing pregnancy. If you're worried about pregnancy, you can consider taking an emergency pill like the i-pill.

It’s not uncommon to miss a period and it can happen due to stress, any changes in weight, or hormonal imbalances might be to blame. It may help to write down all the symptoms you have noticed and then talk to someone close to you about them. Another thing that might help is keeping track of when they occur to better understand what’s going on with your body. If this continues happening, however, consult with a gynecologist for further guidance.

Pregnant women should avoid taking PAN 6 (pantoprazole) daily without consulting a doctor. While it is sometimes prescribed for acid-related issues, only a gynecologist or obstetrician can guide whether it's safe during pregnancy.

You might miss it due to stress, drastic weight loss or gain, hormonal disturbances, or changes in your regular schedule. Signs of missed periods can consist of breast soreness, bloating, and irritability. If you miss more than one period, it’d be best for you to see a gynecologist so they can help you understand.

Following a C-section, it's common for the discharge to be due to hormonal changes and the body healing. The discharge can be of the watery type due to breastfeeding. Maintain cleanliness and dryness in your vaginal area. For the ease of comfort, use a panty liner. If the discharge doesn't go away, visit a gynecologist for more tests.

Could Delayed Periods After Emergency Contraception Mean Pregnancy?

I am 20F & used to get my period between the 17th and 20th of each month. I had unprotected sex on April 25th and took an emergency contraceptive pill the next day. My last sexual encounter was on April 29th (with protection), and I took another emergency pill that same day for extra safety. After that, my period started on 3rd of May (though I had my last period finished on 23rd April). From then my periods became regular, occurring from the 1st to the 5th of each month. However, today September 20th, and I still have not gotten my period. Could I be pregnant, or is this delay normal?

Sometimes, taking emergency contraceptive pills can mess up your period for a while. Stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalances can also make your period late. If you are worried, you can take a pregnancy test. If it's positive, talk to a gynecologist about your options. Remember, irregular periods happen to many people, so try not to stress too much.

Am I pregnant if I took Postinor-2 pill?

Okay so basically my gf took positer-2 pill on 13 Augest while we had sex on 12 August and her period ended by 10 today is 22 September and she still didn't get her period. She did take a pregnancy test at the beginning of this month and the results were negative it was a home pregnancy test. She also had a breast infection and went to the hospital they gave her meds to lower the pain and heal the infection now it's getting better. I was just wondering if she's pregnant or not

From the information you provided, it can be assumed that your girlfriend probably followed the guidelines by using the pill and taking a pregnancy test. It is not uncommon that psychological tension and a shift in regular routines can be behind a late period. A breast infection could be another cause. It's good to know she is getting better. If she is feeling anxious, talking with a gynecologist might help ease her worries.
