You may be dealing with stress and thoracic outlet syndrome. This happens when nerves or blood vessels near your neck and shoulder get pinched, causing pain and foggy thinking. Stress and repetitive movements worsen it. Take breaks and do gentle stretches. Try relaxing activities too.

How can I improve sleep with Myasthenia Gravis?

I have sleep disorder, and an underlying diagnosis of Myasthenia Gravis. Also, have Nasal septum slight deviation, and turbinate hypertrophy. Have not been able to sleep for more than an hour or 2, for past 3-4 months. Have been told to do Sleep study, but I have anxiety with putting cords or mask, so couldn't even do a Sleep study due to Nasal cannula requirement. Also, I feel difficulty breathing in flat position, and usually because of that fear, haven't laid flat in past 2-3 months. How should I go about solving this issue? Where to start?

It's normal to feel anxious about a sleep study. Your symptoms could be related to Myasthenia Gravis or a nasal issue, especially if you have trouble breathing when lying flat. Good sleep is vital for your health, so share your concerns with your healthcare team. They may suggest alternatives like home sleep tests or other ways to improve your sleep. Identifying the cause of your sleep problems is key to finding the right solution for you.

Bedwetting, also called nighttime enuresis, happens when urine is released during sleep. It can be caused by factors like a small bladder, deep sleep, or stress. While it's common in kids, some adults experience it too. To help, limit fluids before bed, use the bathroom before sleeping, and try a bathroom alarm. If it continues, consult a doctor for more solutions.

Should I be concerned about neurotoxic substances in water waste?

I'm from the country and all waste water accumulates in a septic tank. My parents don't usually call that truck home to dump the contents, they take care of it by dumping all the liquid in their own garden on a corn crop. Indeed, we do not actually eat the corn, but we do eat the rest of the nearby plants. But the birds they have, and from which we consume the eggs, consume some of that corn. I am very concerned about my physical health, especially my brain, and my fear is that I may have ingested substances from detergents/toothpaste over time, such as fluoride, which I know is neurotoxic, or other strong substances, etc. . . The usual analyzes always turned out fine for me. I drew their attention to these things and they told me that there are other people who do the same thing and apparently nothing happened. Should I worry/do something about it? I'm thinking that maybe those substances in the detergents and everything that gets there affect the nervous system, the brain. The plants in the garden show no signs of damage, probably because the detergents contain substances similar to fertilizers. Also, I'm wondering if from the feces, if some guest is infected with some parasite, and they then end up on the soil, can I also get them through the plants and affect components of my SN? Does all this accumulate in them? I can't stop eating food/eggs from home because I just started college, I have 6 more years until I can choose what and when to eat, have my own salary. I was thinking that for my own peace of mind, I would have a brain MRI this year to make sure everything is ok, as well as the usual urine test, which he can arrange for from the GP. Do you think it's okay?

While it's natural to worry, it's unlikely that the small amount of substances from detergents or toothpaste in the water would cause significant harm to your brain. Eating the food grown in the garden is generally safe, as plants can filter out harmful substances. It's encouraging to know that your health reports are okay. Getting a brain MRI and urine test for peace of mind is a proactive step, and it's okay to do.

These symptoms suggest an issue affecting the right side of your head, possibly linked to nerve-induced sound waves, headaches, and nausea. Conditions like tension headaches, migraines, or sinus problems could be causing this. It's important to stay hydrated, eat well, get enough sleep, and manage stress. However, if the symptoms persist or worsen, consult a neurologist for proper evaluation and advice.

It seems you might be dealing with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD) along with Myasthenia Gravis (MG). In this condition, the immune system attacks healthy tissues, leading to symptoms like muscle weakness, fatigue, and shortness of breath. While there is no miracle cure, treatment options can help manage the symptoms. With the right care and treatment, many people can still enjoy a good quality of life.

Why daily headaches return without Vasograin medicine?

You are possibly having a kind of headache referred to as a "medication overuse headache." The condition may arise if you are too dependent on medications such as Vasograin which brings about pain relief. The medicine is responsible for daily headaches that return if not taken. The method is to use Vasograin less frequently and under medical supervision. This way, the cycle of overuse will be interrupted, and the treatment of your headaches will be more efficient.

If all the tests, like CT scans and MRIs, are normal, there might be different explanations for the headaches. Sometimes, stress, bad sleep, dehydration, and eye strain can be the causes of headaches. Tell your child to drink water, get enough sleep, deal with stress, and take a break from screens regularly. If the headaches continue, it's vital to consult a neurologist for more evaluation and guidance.

Your concentration, memory, and cognitive functions are showing ominous symptoms of worry. Thus, it is likely that they are caused by stress, unhealthy lifestyles, sleep deprivation, and poor diet. Eating, sleeping, exercising, and managing stress should become a priority if you wish to enhance your brain function. You could also consider speaking with a psychiatrist or counselor for support. Implementing these interventions can enable you to control your brain operation as well as enhance your general well-being.

Headaches can happen due to stress, lack of sleep, or dehydration. Besides that, you might be having a tension headache due to staring at screens for too long. You should try to breathe in a quiet room, hydrate your body, and perhaps use a cold compress on your head. If the pain doesn't go away, it's best to talk to a neurologist
