Could I Get Infected with TB from Close Contact?
Sir Yesterday I met a girl who had TB disease and talked to her for about 40 minutes. She even shouted once, "Do I have any chance of getting infected from her?" I was not there for more than 40 minutes.

Identifying and Managing Cold/Flu-Like Virus Symptoms at Home
I believe I have a pretty nasty cold or possibly flu-lke virus and i just want to make sure that my symptoms dont require further medical intervention. It started Friday night 03/22/24 with a severe sore throat, post nasal drip, and diarrhea. The progression of symptoms has gone from severe throat pain to pain and congestion/runniness and dry bloody sinuses with a sinus headache, to some sinus congestion/runniness with coughing. I do not have a sore throat now and i dont have diarrhea but i do have nausea which ive had the whole time but it seems a little worse now, and i have significant fatigue and muscle weakness. My eyes are also dry and crusty and very bloodshot. Im not really having trouble breathing, and ive had a very low grade fever/no fever throughout the entire duration of this illness.

It appears a viral infection, like flu, troubles you. The sore throat, post nasal drip, diarrhea, sinus issues, cough, nausea, and fatigue - all common viral signs. Stay hydrated well; rest up properly; use saline rinses or OTC meds for symptomatic reprieve. If symptoms worsen or concerns arise, consult a pulmonologist promptly.

Your symptoms indicate a possible prostate malfunction. The 45% damage to your lung tissue might be causing your breathing issues. Lung infections can result from various causes, such as cough, fever, and difficulty breathing, and can be caused by viruses, bacteria, or fungi. It's essential to take medications for the lung infection: antibiotics for bacterial infections, antivirals for viral infections, and antifungals for fungal infections. Additionally, breathing exercises and treatments like inhalers may help improve your breathing. Get advice from a pulmonologist.

What causes cough between nose and throat?
From past 10 days I was having severe cough and cold, I somehow got better with the treatment that doctor gave me. The severe hurt in your back and the trouble to swallow food may be from the infection in the lungs caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae. Sometimes, this infectious microorganism can circulate to other locations justifying the appearance of brand-new symptoms. The back pain might be a result of an inflammation, while the timing issue could be caused by throat irritation. Discussing these new symptoms with a pulmonologist is the first step to getting a suitable treatment.

Feeling an asthma attack is frightening. Your breaths shorten, wheezing comes, coughing increases, tightness squeezes your chest. Airways swell, becoming narrow during attacks. To ease severe attacks: inhale from a rescue inhaler, sit upright, stay calm. If symptoms don't improve quickly, seek emergency care immediately.
