Can Natural Remedies Stop Nightfall Occurring 5 Times Monthly?
sir i am having nightfall problem sometimes 5 times in a month. please tell some natural remedies to cure it

Nightfall is normal. Your body's dropping off some semen while you're asleep, that’s all. It could be activated by stress, sleeping in a weird position, or thinking sex-related thoughts before bed. Try not to get too excited before sleeping and practice good sleep hygiene – it might help stop things going bump in the night. If this doesn’t work after a while (like more than say three months), then maybe see a sexologist about it.

I m 31 years old married man, I have erection problem and my wife have pcos. I m not able to have physical relation with her regularly, we do around only 3 times in month. I also have asthenozeospermia, how to treat all these problem

To improve your chances of getting your wife pregnant, you should address both the penis problem and asthenozoospermia. Stress, fear or health issues such as heart disease may cause the penis to malfunction. Asthenozoospermia is when a male’s sperm are not moving well. One might need advice that is tailored to them from a professional on what to do which could involve; talking therapy to reduce anxiety levels, drugs that can help one get an erection, or changing how they live intending to improve their sperm health among others. A sexologist should be consulted for more information on this subject.

It sounds like your friend might be facing some issues with sperm production and fertility. He should see a urologist, who specializes in male reproductive health. They can provide a thorough evaluation and guide on how long to wait between ejaculations for optimal sperm count. For concerns about pregnancy, a visit to a fertility specialist may also be helpful.
