Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin is tight and cannot be pulled back over the head of the penis. Based on the symptoms you have told, pain and burning in your penis may be due to infection. This might happen from masturbation as well but this also carries the chance of infection. Please see a urologist for a solution to this problem so that the correct treatment can be advised.

It may be phimosis if the foreskin is unable to retract over the head of the penis due to tightness, as per your symptoms. Swelling and discoloration could result from irritation and infection caused by the trapped foreskin. The thigh pain could also be linked to this issue or possibly a different problem altogether. An examination by a urologist is necessary. The tests that may be carried out include blood tests for infection, urine tests, and a physical examination of the affected area.

It seems that you have the problem of unnecessarily frequent urination at night and the associated cramps. These conditions might be caused by an overactive bladder, which involves the muscle of the urinary bladder squeezing more frequently than normal. It may result from different things like taking too much fluids before sleep or certain ailments. To manage this, reduce your liquid intake before going to bed and consult a urologist for more check-ups.

This may be a sign of infection in your genital area. If your testicles are swollen, red, and have a discharge of semen all the time, it is not normal. This may be caused by a sexually transmitted disease or inflammation. These conditions require medical attention for healing. Therefore, it is important that you see a urologist as soon as possible for proper care and treatment.

It appears you may be having a condition called frenulum breve, where the skin under the penis head is very narrow. This could cause pain during intercourse. The pain from your previous cut might have made it tighter. It is something that you should discuss with a doctor so that he could guide you through the different options like stretching exercises or to fix this issue through surgery.

It sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection (UTI). However, the typical signs of a UTI are severe burning pain on voiding and yellowish milky discharge coming the penis. Enterococci, the causative agents, usually cause these diseases and they can be treated with antibiotics drugs. It is highly recommended to consume enough water every day. These symptoms that you are experiencing give evidence of a possible urinary tract infection (UTI). For example, bacteria can get into the urinary tract, which may be a causative factor for UTIs. Therefore, the most important thing is to go to a urologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment using antibiotics if necessary.

The several signs like physical pain, heat, hard veins, and pale, dusty urine that you're experiencing could be related to poor blood circulation or a bacterial infection in your penis. These problems can arise from various causes such as infections, injuries, or underlying conditions. It is important to see a urologist as soon as possible so that they can diagnose you and prescribe the right treatment to avoid any possible complications.

If I understand properly, you may have a condition known as phimosis, which is when the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back. This can make cleaning difficult and may cause pain. It is usually caused by inflammation or infection. Applying gentle pressure or using a cream prescribed by your doctor could help. If it doesn’t get better, they might suggest doing something simple like circumcision. You should speak to a urologist about what would work for you.

It looks like you might have a condition known as paraphimosis. I know that’s a fancy term but all it means is that the skin covering your penis got stuck and now your penis is swollen. Pulling the skin back too much can cause this. The water blister might mean there’s an infection. You need to go to a hospital. They can take care of things and make you feel better.

When one has a UTI, they might experience pain or a burning sensation during urination. It occurs when bacteria get into the bladder or urethra and multiply. Make sure to keep taking the prescribed antibiotics until they are finished even if you start feeling better. Also, ensure that you drink a lot of water to drive out these germs from your body. If the signs continue after some days, visit a urologist for a further checkup.
