My father ( age 80) is having varicose veins and later due to some jit to foot he got partial foot drop and toes are dragged. He is walking in that foot kid of limping way. At ine of toe finger hard blister formed which pains s bit when touched ground.Took Auyrvedic treatment which gave some relief but walking ability need to improve.

Male | 80

Not sure what your problem is exactly, but if there was sudden foot drop then should rule out stroke and ischemia also. can use custom made footwear for the foot to avoid injury to the dragging toes.

consult a good Vascular surgeon for the varicose veins and Plastic surgeon for the foot drop issue. remember we are treating only the symptoms here but the root cause needs forther evaluation.

Is sclerotherapy painful?

Female | 66

Sclerotherapy is not very painful. only the superficial veins that are injected can cause temperory mild pain. you will be given some analgesia to avoid this pain and can be kept very comfortable during the procedure.

I am 52 year lady.doctor suggest me to operation in condition that describes below Hyperechoic thromboembolus is seen in distal part of axillary artery. Hyperechoic thromboembolus is seen at mid and distal part of brachial artery (before bifurcation) No flow on Doppler, s/o significant block Hypoechoic thormboembolus is seen in proximal part of ulnar artery. No flow in radial and ulnar arteries.

Female | 52

You have developed a serious condition such as arterial thrombosis, where your arteries are blocked by blood clots. This may cause you to experience symptoms such as pain, coldness, and numbness in your arm. Among the factors that can cause arterial thrombosis are things such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or smoking. You might need a medical process called thrombectomy to remove the clots and recover the blood circulation. It is essential to abide by your doctor's orders and follow the treatment plan to avoid further health issues.
