يتميز حب الشباب الجدروي القفوي بظهور حب الشباب المؤلم والمنتفخ على الجزء الخلفي من الرأس والرقبة. وهذا نتيجة التهاب بصيلات الشعر. أطبيب امراض جلديةقد يوصي العلاج بالليزر أو حقن الستيرويد لتقليل الالتهاب للعلاج. ومن المستحسن أيضًا الحفاظ على نظافة المنطقة لتجنب العدوى.
