An OPG i.e. full mouth x-ray will be needed to see the eruption pattern of teeth. If all permanent teeth have erupted and they are mal-aligned, you might need to consult orthodontist for braces.
My son is 9 years old. Not all his baby tooth lost yet. But he has a problem with tooth alignment. Is there any way out to treat it at this age?

Its an ugly duckling stage, dentist can analyze the situation better if picture is shared, most of such cases resolved by the time canine erupts.
