Pregnancy ke dauran thumbs up hota hai par isme ghutno aur pairo me dard hota saath hi pairate chalne ya badhne se bhi dard hota hai. Agar aapne protection use kiya hai, toh pregnancy ka khatra kam hai, par agar aapko bahut zyada samasya ho rahi hai to doctor se consult karna behtar hoga. Aapko thoda rest lena chahiye aur balanced diet follow karni chahiye. Agar samasya dikhai de ya periods achanak bahut kam ho rahe hain, toh gynecologist advice lena bahut zaroori hai.
