For thinning of face the procedure recommended is buccal fat pad removal.

A filler or fat grafting procedure can be done to augment your cheekbone and jawline.

Liposuction is advised for double chin correction and defining the neck.

To achieve a pear shaped face which appears longer you can get a V line botox.

Liposuction is not really advisable for your face but you can choose any combination of above mentioned procedures to achieve your desired look

How to treat hyperpigmentation after chemical peel

Hyperpigmentation can occur after chemical peel if you have sensitive skin or if there is sun exposure. You have to avoid sun, use sunscreen and moisturiser, use vitamin C serum and consult your doctor for treating the hyperpigmentation

How to treat breakouts after chemical peel

Chemical peel is a controlled injury to skin to take away the most superficial layer. The procedure causes dryness and peeling. Also it makes your skin very sensitive.

Always apply and repeat your sunscreen and moisturiser every 2-3 hours. wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Do not pick, scratch or pulls on the peeling skin. If you think there is redness or infection contact your doctor and start local antibiotics
