Liposuction is advised for double chin correction and defining the neck.

Chemical peel is a controlled injury to skin to take away the most superficial layer. The procedure causes dryness and peeling. Also it makes your skin very sensitive. 

Always apply and repeat your sunscreen and moisturiser every 2-3 hours. wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Do not pick, scratch or pulls on the peeling skin. If you think there is redness or infection contact your doctor and start local antibiotics

Chemical peels are of different components and strength. Each has it's own duration of downtime. 

the procedure itself takes just 10-15 minutes

Mild peels cause some dryness but no peeling of skin as such. Effects are visible in 3-4 days

Medium depth peels cause removal of outermost skin in layers and this process continues in the first week.

Deep peels are not advisable in indian skin type per se. So decision has to be individualised.

Management:- taping of nose either full day or at least at night to give ideal appearance to nose tip. Avoid heavy exercises, but you can do your daily work and even go back to work.
