Correct assessment of root cause is very important. Jyada khana is not the key, but eating right with correct nutrition matters. Typical reasons for not gaining healthy weight are : unidentified gut issues like acidity, bloating, gases, constipation, diarrhoea. Secondly, poor nutrition and excess caloric intake via wrong food choices, having no workout regimen, low protein diet. Get in touch with us for healthy weight gain.

I've heard a lot about the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids. What are some good dietary sources of omega-3s, and how much should I be consuming daily?

Answered on 4th Aug '24

Dietary food sources of omega 3 fatty acids are : Flaxseeds, chia seeds, egg yolks, salmon (Indian rawas) , mackerel (Bangda). But as a therapeutic diet expert, I would always recommend taking omega 3 fish oil supplement. Daily requirement is 1g which means you will have to take 3 capsules to get your requirement fulfilled. For people who have lot of inflammation, diabetes, arthritis, thyroid or any infection in the body, the requirement can increase upto 2000 (6 capsules) to 3000 mg (9 capsules) of omega 3 to reach 50% of the optimal range. My everytime and best brand : Nutrilite Salmon Omega 3 capsules. ✅

Respected Dr sahab I suffered laziness and tiredness every time but I taken satvit plus co q forte not batter. My sugar, thyroid, vitamin D and vitamin b12 all are ok. pl suggest

Your metabolism is low so the body's digestion capacity has gone down. It's important to work on your diet routine. Currently your diet might be low on protein quality as well as quantity and the body is not getting enough nutrition. You might be taking more of carb based foods hence it's leading to irregular sugar spikes in between the meals with energy crashes and increased sugar cravings.

You are low on your immunity. Only medications won't help. They will not treat the root cause. Rather start with supplementations and a high protein diet rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory foods. Include supplements like Vitamin C thrice a day 1 capsule, omega 3 fish oil capsules 2-2-2, protein powder (2-1-1 scoops)+ dietary protein (40 grams atleast) + Vitamin D (once a week post Breakfast). For proper diet plan and supplementation, you can get in touch with me.

How to get rid of an abscess?

Answered on 14th June '24

Abscess is nothing but a major inflammation and infection in the body. It can be treated with medications superficially but to treat it from root cause start with high veg protein diet, include good fats like seeds, nuts and good water intake per day. Start with nutraceutical supplements like omega 3 capsules, and protein powder to fulfil the therapeutic requirement. You can get in touch with me for a high protein diet plan and supplementation.

Hi, my mother was facing some health issues, loose motions, body pain, leg pain, and weight reduction. Please help me with proper information.

Answered on 14th June '24

There are many reasons to rule out here. All these symptoms are a sign of gut dysbiosis (gut issues are present like acidity, bloating) her metabolism has gone down, hence forth the digestive capacity has reduced causing gut issues. Body pain is all due to nutritional deficiencies. She might be definitely low on Vitamin D, B12, iron, calcium and low protein levels in the body. She is losing lot of muscle mass due to these Deficiencies, that is why there is unintentional weight reduction. Please get her full body check up done. You are always free to connect with me to cater her dietary needs.
