Cuando su período se retrasa, está bien preocuparse. Durante este tiempo, nuestro cuerpo puede engañarnos ocasionalmente. Sentir que viene pero no es así podría ser señal de estrés, cambios de peso o desequilibrios hormonales. No tengas miedo; normalmente no es nada. Dale unos días más y mira si llega. Si no es así, anótelo en un calendario y hable con unginecólogo.
