I’ve had my IUD for 3 years now, I just recently started bleeding vaginally almost as if I’m on my period but haven’t had any symptoms like this since getting the IUD
Female | 23
Having heavy vaginal bleeding after using an IUD for some time is not common. Period-like bleeding could mean there's a problem, like an infection or IUD complication. It's crucial to see a gynecologist to determine the cause.

My period is missed 5 days so which day i will check and one more doubt it's missed periods sexual joined or not???
Female | 27
Your period being 5 days late is noteworthy. Missed cycles happen due to pregnancy, stress, sudden weight fluctuations, or hormonal irregularities. Additional indicators may involve nausea, breast tenderness, and fatigue. Verifying pregnancy requires a home test. A negative result yet continued absence of menstruation warrants consulting a gynecologist for assessment.

The prescribed usage for Normens tablets is 21 days. If I take them for 25 days, will there be any problem? Will my AMH level decrease?
Female | 40
When you take Normens tablets longer than the prescribed 21 days, it may cause hormonal imbalance. An extended use of 25 days will not greatly affect your AMH level. However, it’s better to follow the recommended period to prevent any possible dangers.

I am not confirmed that I am pregnant, but my first period after pregnancy came late and I have not had my period since last one month: what is the reason?
Female | 21
Your body may be changing. If you are not pregnant, your period can be late for many reasons such as stress or hormonal changes. This may lead to irregular cycles. Look out for other symptoms you may experience. If your period does not return within a few months or if you have other concerns, it would be best to talk to a gynecologist who will give you advice according to your specific needs.

I am 27 yrs old in vaginal area wounds like a small pox when clothes touched very painful passing of urine very painful
Female | 27
You possibly have a sexually transmitted disease called genital herpes. They can cause sores that seem like smallpox in the vaginal area and can be quite painful. It can be painful when you touch the area or when you pee. The main causes of genital herpes are different viruses that can usually present themselves through sexual interactions. The most effective way to handle genital herpes is taking antiviral medication as instructed by the doctor. It is just as crucial to refrain from sexual activity until the sores have dried out to avoid passing the virus to others. The solution for genital herpes is to seek a gynecologist who will correctly diagnose and treat you.

I took emergency contraception on April 13th and I got my normal period on April 26th. This month my period is late. I’m not sure whether this could be due to stress I’ve been worried about my cortisol levels and have been experiencing some associated symptoms like fatigue and nausea but I’m also worried that I could be pregnant
Female | 18
If your period is late, it’s okay to worry. Stress can throw off your cycle, causing it to be late or even completely miss it. Feeling tired or throwing up could also be symptoms of stress. If you took the morning-after pill and then got your period, you probably aren’t pregnant. It is better to wait a little longer and see if it comes. If your period still hasn’t shown up, take a test just to be sure.

I had unprotected sex. Now i am afraid about pregnancy i had sex 7 days before now i am felling tied and feel vomiting۔ Please help me۔please
Female | Khushboo
Vomiting and fatigue can be early signs of pregnancy for some people. These symptoms may appear about a week after having unprotected sex, likely due to hormonal changes that occur in the first trimester. You can take a home pregnancy test to find out if you're pregnant. If the test is positive, see a gynecologist to discuss your options and start prenatal care.

Can penile agenesis be prevented in pregnancy Am a first time mum I was diagnosed with polihydroaminios but gave birth to a dwarf baby with penile agenesis who died becoz of the force labour but iam still affected mentally I need help
Female | 26
Its a rare congenital condition that occurs during fetal development. Generally most congenital abnormalities including penile agenesis are not preventable. They can result from a combination of genetic, environmental, and developmental factors that are often beyond our control.
It is also important to seek emotional support and counseling to address the feelings and challenges you may be experiencing.

Could I be pregnant? I had withdrawal bleeding on 25 to 27, inter course on 30th no ejaculation inside, no penetration juts contact for some time, I took two emergency contraceptives in a week if each other last month. And my period is late. No spotting, light cramps and a negative test.
Female | 18
Having missed your period, with no spotting, light cramps, and a negative pregnancy test result, you may be pregnant. However, this is not definite. Stress or illness could also cause a late period. Using emergency contraception can affect your cycle. Wait a week and take another test. If still uncertain, consult a gynecologist.

It's very unlikely your friend is pregnant since she got her normal period on May 31 and the pregnancy test on June 8 was negative. However, if she still has concerns, it's best to visit a gynecologist for a professional evaluation.

My question is more of a concern. I haven't seen my period in over 3 months and it's scary because I haven't had sex. I went ahead to take both the home test and visited a lab nearby for a pregnancy test and it both came out negative. Please what could be wrong? The last time I had this issue was in my 200lv when I was super stressed out due to the number of classes I had but that was years ago. I work from home so I don't really go out much and I don't even exercise so it can't be due to stress or intense exercise like I read. I'm really worried. Please help
Female | 24
Irregular periods have many causes, including the fact that you have never been sexually active and the pregnancy tests were negative. All of these factors can be stress, eating abnormalities, thyroxin problems, and hormonal disruptors. A consultation with a gynecologist is a smart option because they already know that you have some disorders and it can be helpful for your cycle regulation.

I am 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant I have experienced spotting in vagina every month on my period date can u please help
Female | 32
Spotting during pregnancy - an unsettling experience, yet somewhat common. Don't hesitate; tell your doctor. Hormones, implantation, or infection - potential causes. Relax and avoid strenuous activities; it may help. However, increased spotting or pain signals urgency - contact your gynecologist immediately for a thorough assessment.

I'm 19 years old, I had irritation in my inner thigh thought to be thigh chaffing, it stopped then had a surgery for ovarian cyst removal surgery. After a week I had a watery profuse discharge from down there with a weird bad smell stopped after 3 days but caused severe irritation in my inner thigh and labia majora. Went to a dermatologist (and that was 3 months ago) he prescribed for me daktacort thrice daily and triflucan 150mg once weekly as I had tinia cruris (not sure of spelling). My skin got better but I still have slight irritation in my labia majora and minora and white solid like discharge in the middle of the day (not sure if it's okay) my dermatologist told me to continue till my symptoms stop completely and add 2 weeks but I have doubts about the dose and prescription because I didn't think it would last this long. Please help me relief my doubts.
Female | 19
It's normal for such infections to take time to fully clear, and its natural your dermat's advice to continue treatment until symptoms disappear for an additional 2 weeks. Maintain good hygiene and follow up with your dermatologist if you have ongoing concerns or questions about your treatment. Seek a second opinion from a gynecologist

Meghna, 21, had protected sex on August 10, took an emergency contraceptive, and had her period on August 19. On September 8, she noticed a small, watery discharge from her nipples, occurring only when pressed. There's no pain, but it's lasted three days. She seeks advice on whether this is normal.
Female | 21
The watery discharge of the nipples without pain can be due to hormonal changes. In some cases, the hormones from the emergency contraception may be responsible for this. It is important to watch those changes and see if they remain or not. If the discharge keeps on going or you see any other strange symptoms, it is better to consult a gynecologist for more assistance.
