I have ocd with medicine fluvoxamine 200, Mg aripipirazole 2mg and vortioxetine 20mg and i am not able to concentrate and focus on studies and i also day dreaming while studying and not able to sit for study more than 5 minutes or more than 1 topic please tell me which medicine i should take but my doctor online doc has told to eat modafinil but online research papers said that modafinil increases the symptoms of ocd
