How can I concentrate on my work,how can I get my confidence back?,I am so easily distracted....its hard,I overthink and then I get headache,I overthink everything....what do I do?

To regain concentration and confidence, it is vital to adopt healthy ways of life such as eating nutritious food, getting enough sleep, and regular exercise. Besides that, being taught some mindfulness skills including meditation and deep breathing can also be useful. If symptoms remain unresolved, guidance from a psychiatrist will be required.

I’m taking Effexor and am having troubles sexually and skip my doses 2-3 days in advance but have nausea, dizziness and diarrhea. Is there a way to combat that without changing meds or adding anything? Can I use anti diarrhea pills or something?
