L’acné chéloïdienne nuchae se caractérise par l’apparition d’acné bosselée et douloureuse à l’arrière de la tête et du cou. Ceci est le résultat d’une inflammation des follicules pileux. UNdermatologuepeut recommander une thérapie au laser ou des injections de stéroïdes pour minimiser l’inflammation lors du traitement. Il est également conseillé de garder la zone propre pour éviter les infections.
