Pourquoi mon visage a-t-il des boutons ?
Ce qu'on fait, notre visage a des boutons
Cosmétologue
Answered on 23rd May '24
Itching and rashes on the penis
Male | 24
Penile itching and rashes have many potential causes. Fungal infections could trigger them. Soap or detergent irritants might prompt such issues. Even sexually transmitted diseases may be responsible. Red, swollen penile skin with discomfort might occur. For relief, keep your penis clean and dry. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Use mild, fragrance-free cleansers. However, if problems linger, see a dermatologist.

I am having severe hairfall. I have tried homeopathy and ashwagandha, but no results. What should I do??
Female | 23
Homeopathy may work for some people, but not necessarily everyone.
I will advice you to get your Trichoscpic examination done which will help in getting to the root cause of your problem. Persistent hair fall is a multifactorial condition which requires scalp lotions, some nutritional supplementation and some appropriate shampoos along with therapies. Common warts ko kese thik kare
Male | 19
Warts appear mostly on the hands and feet. Sometimes they have black dots inside them. Though not harmful, warts can be annoying. You can use over-the-counter salicylic acid to remove them. Keep the area clean and dry. Don't pick or scratch warts, or they may spread. If they don't go away, consult a dermatologist.

Male | 25
Staphylococcus aureus often leads to skin infections, boils, and even more serious problems such as bloodstream infections. It's caused by bacteria that may be hard to completely remove from the body. If the usual treatments like augmentin were ineffective in getting rid of the infection, vancomycin recommended by your friend is worth considering. Vancomycin is an antibiotic usually used as a last resort for persistent staph infections, especially those that do not respond to other antibiotics. When using vancomycin, it is important to follow your doctor's advice on dosage and treatment duration.

Hair loss is a common phenomenon can be caused by several factors such as stress, unhealthy diet, hormone imbalance, and some medical conditions. After prolonged use of corticosteroids, my glans became very red and after a while it healed. After 2 months of healing, I went to have sex but white spots started to appear on the glans. Now my glans is completely white and without sensitivity to touch and temperature (heat and cold).
Male | 26
You might be dealing with balanitis xerotica obliterans (BXO). This issue can arise after prolonged corticosteroid use. The telltale signs are redness, white patches, and reduced sensations in the glans penis. To properly address BXO, medical intervention is key. Doctors prescribe creams or perform surgery. Don't delay - promptly consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and suitable treatment.

Remove acne marks bast products
Male | 32
Acne marks can be treated using treatment options that are recommended by a dermatologist in the context of the condition’s extent. I warn against OTC products, which are rarely tailored to your specific skin type and may, therefore, exacerbate the condition.

Balanitis treatment it has gotten really bad and itchy and bumps everywhere
Male | 22
You might be struggling with a case of balanitis. This happens when the skin of the penis becomes irritated and inflamed. Notable symptoms are a red color, an itchy surface, and small bumps around the affected area. Provoking factors include poor hygiene, infections, and skin diseases such as eczema. To help with this, maintain the area's hygiene and dryness, do not use irritating soaps, and consider an anti-fungal cream that is available over the counter. If it doesn't get better, see a dermatologist for further guidance.

I am 22 year old, I have fungal infection and ringwarm in our intimate area.
Male | 22
You might have a fungal infection in your private parts, known as the ringworm. The condition is characterized by itching, redness, and a ring-like rash occurring in warm moist places. It may get worse when one is sweating. Antifungal creams or powders can be used to treat it. Additionally, keep the affected area clean and dry for quick healing. Visit a dermatologist if the condition persists.

Treatment for razor bumps in bikini area, have used ketoconazole cream for it but still no result would love the assistance of a dermatologist here to help out with the treatment
Female | 21
Razor bumps in the bikini area are a common cause for concern. Injuries to follicles that occur through shaving are usually behind these bumps. They are typically red, itchy, and with small bumps. When ketoconazole cream does not help, another alternative is the use of a mild hydrocortisone cream that can help to control inflammation. Put on some lotion to the part all the time so it stays moisturized.

Age-41yrs. From last 3 years suffering from a black patch all around my lips, specially below the lips on both sides. I had visited a doctor there who detected the problem to be Perical pig / Melasma Pg as written in the prescription. Treated me with the following medicines For the 1st month- Cetaphil gentle cleanser, Flutivate E cream alternate night and Kojic cream once in a day. Next visit I was advised to use Kojiglo cream once daily, Eukroma+Flutivate E cream on the patches twice a week. But I did not find any difference. I had informed the doctor that I cannot afford a very costly treatment, but on her assurance during my third visit I was applied Glycocil pack but yet felt no difference. Then was asked to use Dermadew Caloe lotion every day and Azideenz 10% gel once a day, this gel made my skin rough, when complained she advised me to use only Dermadew lotion day and night daily. My face is 2 to 3 shades darker than my body color. What to do now to get rid of this patch
Female | 41
Without a proper evaluation and diagnosis, I can't say. But normally, suggested treatments for perical pigmentation include topical medications and laser treatments and I do not recommend flutivate cream for pigmentation. However, based on your individual condition, the doctor will recommend the best treatment for you.

Almost from last 4-5 months right side of labia majora has been swell and it is very itching in that area. And had one small pimple in that are from last 1yr . Please suggest some medicine. I am 23 years old , I am student (don't have money to consult a doctor or to meet that why I am trying to connect who provide free service)
Female | 23
It seems like you are dealing with an infection in that area, which is the possible cause of the swelling and itching. The tiny pimple you mentioned is related as well. It is important to keep the area clean and dry so that you can avoid the further irritation caused. An over-the-counter antifungal or antibacterial cream is an option for you to use if you want to prevent the symptoms from getting worse, but if the symptoms persist or worsen, it is better to visit an orthopedist to get the correct diagnosis.

I have touched hpv infected surface and I don’t know if it is infected and then my genitals that is I fingered will I get hpv ? I became extremely anxious stressful after googling, can you help
Female | 26
Your concerns about HPV are very well understood. HPV may be spread by skin-to-skin contact. In the event, you have touched a surface that may have been infected with HPV and then your genital area, you could be at risk of getting HPV. Nevertheless, even though a person has HPV, it is possible that they could not show any signs of it. If you're worried, talk to a dermatologist about getting tested.

Female | 18
You may have eczema, a condition that can lead to itchy, inflamed patches of skin that usually show up on the back of your knees. This happens when your skin gets too dry and irritated. To relieve your symptoms, try using a mild moisturizer and staying away from strong soaps or detergents. If this doesn’t help, talk to a dermatologist who can give you more advice.

i found lump that I feel on tip of rib bone underneath of my right breast that seems more prominent by raising both arms up to head I have normal weight and small boobs I feel this hardness still from 3 years without any change in size I am 19 years old female is it normal??
Female | 19
Feeling a lump near your rib can alarm you, but often it's harmless. This bump could be where your rib meets cartilage, a costochondral junction. You might notice it more when raising your arms. Unless it grows, causes pain, or triggers other issues, there's typically no cause for concern. However, if changes occur or worries persist, consulting a dermatologist can provide reassurance.
