Homeopathy may work for some people, but not necessarily everyone.
I will advice you to get your Trichoscpic examination done which will help in getting to the root cause of your problem. Persistent hair fall is a multifactorial condition which requires scalp lotions, some nutritional supplementation and some appropriate shampoos along with therapies. You may refer this page to find hair transplant in surat.

Male | 18
The following are the possible causes of this problem: Fungal or yeast infections, burning sensation from soaps or detergents, skin conditions like eczema, and sometimes even staph or other sexually transmitted diseases. Use soft, fragrance-free cleansers for quick relief, wear cotton underwear, avoid the itch, and consult a dermatologist if the itching won't stop.

My whole body has been itchy for about a week now. Feet, legs, stomach, back, chest, arms, hands, and head have been so itchy. What’s wrong?
Female | 18
It seems like you could have dermatitis, a condition that can make your skin extremely itchy all over. Dry skin, allergies, or irritation from some products may be the cause of this. To help yourself feel better, try using mild lotion not scratching yourself too much and wearing loose clothes. Should this not work for you it would be good to see a dermatologist who will give you more advice on what to do about it.

Very Itching scalpe, dandruff problem, hair fall issue
Female | 25
The combination of these symptoms might direct that you have a commonly occurring skin problem called seborrheic dermatitis. Health deterioration may result in the appearance of red, irritated skin, flaking of the skin, and hair loss. The chief drivers of these are oily skin, a yeast type that is a natural inhabitant of the skin, and hormones. Moreover, you can use dandruff shampoo that contains ketoconazole or coal tar. When you are bathing, don't go hard on your hair and make sure you don't sunlight your scalp because it can result in difficult and painful inflammation.

i have a lump behind my ear that hasn't gone away. it appears to be a swollen lymph node and it's not that big but it's been here for a while and won't seem to go down or go away. i checked on it today and it looks bigger than before so i'm worried.
Male | 13
Consequently, the tonsils may swell; this usually happens because of viruses and bacteria nabbing around in lymph nodes. However, sometimes it is a sign of a more serious or chronic condition; therefore, continuous changes of lumps need to be evaluated by a doctor. You should consult a dermatologist for more proper treatment advice.

This might be something called erythema migrans. This is when a rash that is red and gets bigger appears. It’s usually caused by a tick bite with bacteria in it. This rash is a sign of Lyme disease. You should go and see a dermatologist so they can tell you what to do about it and give you some drugs for it. If you leave it alone, Lyme disease can become really serious.

Male | 3
If you follow the given description, your child might be having a fungal infection, which is called tinea corporis, commonly known as ringworm. The disease is manifested in some areas as red ring-like rashes that can occur on the back and face. To ensure that you get an accurate diagnosis and the right treatment, I suggest you seek help from a dermatologist or a physician who specializes in skin disorders.

1) I want to know why about 200 hairs are falling every day while combing. 2) And one more thing, about 80-90 hairs are falling every day without combing the hair. whenever i put my hand in my hair its about 5-6 hairs comes in my hand.if i don't put my hand in my hair even than after also some hairs are falls on my t shirt. Please tell me why it's happening? Is it serious problem or not?
Female | 20
Yet, losing around 200 shed hairs just while combing, and subsequently losing more during the day can denote an accompanying issue. Elements like stress, hormonal changes, problems with nutrition, or scalp conditions might cause this. I advise you to rethink your nutrition, take care of stress, and make use of appropriate hair care daily. If the condition remains unchanged, a dermatologist is the right step to get the exact cause and a personalized remedy.

Good day doctor. My 3 months old baby had itchy blister-like rashes on her feet and other parts of her body. Ive been using triple action cream(anti-inflammatory,fungi and bacteria) it will dry up and new ones will erupt. Dome rashes look ringworm
Female | 3 months
Your little one may have eczema. This condition causes itchy rashes that look like blisters on the skin. It is often caused by dryness; however, there could also be other triggers such as irritants in soaps used during bathing the baby among others. Use mild soap when bathing them and moisturize their skin more often than usual. To relieve itching, wrap them lightly in clothes made from light fabrics like cotton. If these signs persist after considering these measures then don’t hesitate to seek help from a pediatrician.

Male | 33
The condition you have is called thrush. Thrush manifests through an itching, the formation of white shiny patches on the penis. It is generally produced by a fungus named Candida. A suggestion is to use a specific ointment that you can buy from the pharmacy. Keep the area dry and clean. If the symptoms are not getting better, visit a dermatologist.

I have mouth ulcers. Which are really painful. I use nilstat or the powder of vibramycin capsule for gargle as a cure for ulcers. But the issue is as one ulcer gets cure another ulcer pops up again. Which is yellowish and the surrounded with red skin.
Male | 22
Mouth sores may result from tension, injury from unintentionally biting your cheek, or certain food items. It's awesome that you're in the process of using Nilstat or vibramycin powder in your mouth for gargling, but if you are still experiencing new ulcers, make a dentist or a doctor visit. Try not to eat acidic food. Take enough vitamins and minerals in your diet to support overall mouth health.
