I have been taking paliperidone for the past month. I have been out of it for a couple days so I decided to take some Seroquel to help with the voices and whatnot that I have been hearing. Is there any need to be concerned about the drug interactions if I haven't had any paliperidone I close to 48 hours?
Male | 37
Switching between medicines like paliperidone and Seroquel is tricky. Even if time passed since your last paliperidone dose, drug interactions may happen. Mixing them risks dizziness, drowsiness, and uneven heartbeats. Consulting your doctor for personalized advice is wise.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I’ve just had this weird feeling that something in my body is off for a couple of days. I don’t know what happened but I was doing stuff non stop for 2 days and I just broke down crying and couldn’t breath. Nothing remotely bad seemed to trigger it. It’s like I try to be normal and socialise and do stuff but it’s so much harder for me than my friends I feel like such a bad person but I literally just can’t be with anyone for long and I start to get really tired and low. I don’t want to do anything and I don’t want to leave the house. I have also lost my appetite and don’t want to eat anything. I always have vivid dreams of something bad happening. I don’t know what’s wrong with me it’s like I feel ill but there’s nothing wrong with me to make me I’ll I feel crazy
Female | 16
You are likely to be going through symptoms of anxiety or stress, which can be so crippling that they can cause you to lose your appetite and get less sleep. These feelings are common and nothing to be afraid of. Take care of yourself by practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, talking to a trusted person or psychiatrist, and getting regular exercise.

You might be dealing with "earworms," which is when a song gets stuck in your head. This can happen due to stress, fatigue, or simply hearing the song too often. To manage it, try switching to a different activity, listening to another song, or talking to a counselor to handle stress. Remember to take breaks from work and enjoy some downtime.

One of my relatives takes bromazepam 5mg occasionally for her sleeping issues. Another patient who also used to take bromazepam told me that it is it has some severe side effects. He suggested to take clonazepam 0.5 mg instead is clonazepam really better than bromazepam?
Female | 42
Your relative takes bromazepam and clonazepam for sleep issues and anxiety. Both medications work differently. Clonazepam can have fewer side effects for some people. However, talk to your psychiatrist before changing any medication. They know best about medications and can guide you properly.

I’ve been put on 4mg diazepam. Is that okay with 10mg ramipril. I have panic disorder and worry!
Female | 42
You're taking 4mg of diazepam, and 10mg of ramipril for panic disorder. These medicines interact. Diazepam boosts ramipril's effect, causing low blood pressure, and dizziness. They make you drowsier, dizzier, lightheaded. If experiencing these symptoms, consult your healthcare provider about adjusting medications.

Several months ago, I experienced a sudden and strong fear in one of the cafes, to the point that I felt a squeeze in my heart, pain, and a very strong palpitation, as if it had reached my stomach. I had to cough to relieve the palpitations and suffocation. Days later, I quickly became afraid of the simplest, even daily, situations, even if a simple emotion caused me strong palpitations and suffocation. And the tremors and coldness of the extremities. I read about diseases of the adrenal gland and became very afraid. The condition increased with great fear. I now cannot stand leaving the house and am very afraid of any feelings, even if the feelings are happiness or good feelings and also i get dizzy when i stand up too fast is it possible that there is something dangerous with the adrenal gland?

Can i take herbal vitamin b12 supplements while I am taking antidepressents.
Female | 43
Vitamin B12 herbal supplements go great with antidepressants. If B12 is low, feelings might be tired, weak, and dizzy. Antidepressants can make it hard for B12 to absorb properly in the body. A supplement helps keep normal B12 levels. Tell your doctor before starting any new supplement.

These symptoms are familiar to you, such as feelings of anxiety, lack of focus, and hearing noises, which could be the first signs of a mental health problem called psychosis. It can derive from stress, trauma, or other reasons. It's inevitable in such situations that you seek help from a mental health professional like a psychiatrist. They can help you with the mentioned meditation and cognitive behavior therapy schemes.

My recent psychiatrist advised me to check with an endroconologist, and a psychotherapist who specializes in sexuality. Any suggestion? Patient is a women of age 42 and is suffering from some mental or brain related issue. She shakes her head frequently and often does not work normally of her day to day work

Information given by you ( some mental or brain related issues)is insufficient to arrive to proper diagnosis, Repeatedly shaking of head needs to see a neurologist, rather than endocrinologist, talk with your therapist for further treatment

I was prescribed adderall and klonopins throughout most of my 20s. My doctor retired when I was 30 years old and I never got a new doctor, therefore I stopped getting my medications. I am now 40 and truly feel like I need to be back on my meds. What should I do to get prescribed my medications as soon as possible?
Male | 40
To get back on your medications, it's important to visit a psychiatrist or a general physician who can assess your current condition and prescribe the necessary treatment. Explain your medical history and the medications you were on. They will guide you on the best course of action and may restart your previous prescriptions after a thorough evaluation.

You seem to be showing some signs of dissociative identity disorder (DID), which is also called multiple personality disorder. These people might have several identities or alters that influence their behavior and they might not know about it. Usually, it happens due to severe trauma in the past. Therapy – especially cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) – can assist you in comprehending and managing these different personalities for a better life.
