Dear Doctor, Kindly advise some good medicines or remedies for Warts on face and neck as from 6-7 months iam facing this issue, earlier it was on one on my face but during the course of time it has rapidly increased in number and now I have almost 12-15 warts on the left side of cheek and 3-4 below the jaw line and recently have developed 2 warts on my forehead, It looks very ugly and for the same reason I'm unable to shave as while shaving the warts comes in contact with the razor and it gets bleed. May I request a suggestion from you regarding a very important and sensitive patient . Age: 22 yrs ,Male. Having Post Acne Erythema of both cheeks for last 1 yr. Treated with Oral Isotretinoin, topical clindamycin,niacinamide ,Tacrolimus, and PDL. Did not observe significant improvement. (Excluded Connective Tissue Disease) Regards-

Post acne erythema and macular erythematous scars are common in few individuals as the acne subside. Sometimes underlying Rosacea component may also contribute to redness. Oral isotretinoin itself can cause mild erythema as long as the drug is taken if sunscreen is not used appropriately. Quasi long pulse mode of QS yag laser, topical drugs like topical Ivermectin, metronidazole for underlying rosaceaetc are prescribed by the Dermatologists. Please consult a Dermatologist for the same.

Treatments are peel / q switch, Gfc treatments, Transemic injections are needed, topical creams for lightening will be given in rotation, with sunscreen, and oral antioxidants.
