left ear hissing sound continusoly and right ear fullness that time pain and headache, 3 ent speicilist seen but my issue not solved. present used tablets. indeferal-f 10mg, montain fx, cognivel and md-up

Male | 47

Experiencing persistent hissing in one ear and a feeling of fullness along with discomfort and headaches can be distressing. These symptoms may arise from various factors such as earwax buildup, fluid in the ear, or tension-related issues. It's important to ensure that a thorough evaluation has been conducted, including hearing tests and possible imaging, to pinpoint the cause. You may benefit from a review of your current medications and treatment plan by your healthcare provider. They can help tailor a solution that addresses your specific needs. Don't hesitate to seek further professional advice if symptoms persist; maintaining open communication with your doctor is key.

Hello doctor, so in 2022 I was diagnosed with typhoid in March. It was a 15-day treatment course. I made a full recovery in 1 month. Then, in July, I found 2 lymph nodes in my neck (level Il & IV), each less than 1cm. They were movable. The FNAC result was left cervical small swelling, reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. The lower one shrank a bit with meds, but today I noticed both nodes are still there and movable, just like 2 years ago. Do l need to get it checked again or is it normal?

Female | 24

Lymph nodes are small defenders in your body that help fight infections. Sometimes, they stay a little swollen even after the infection is gone. In your case, the nodes are small and movable, which is a positive sign. Since they haven’t changed in size over the past two years and aren’t causing any issues, it’s likely just your body’s way of managing past infections. However, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on them. If they grow, become painful, or new symptoms appear, it's best to get them checked again for peace of mind.

Male | 15

It is important to see a doctor right away for this lump near your ear, especially if you feel pain and your mouth is drooping. This lump might be a swollen lymph node or something different that needs attention. The doctor will help determine what is happening and suggest the best treatment for you.

Hello. I am 21 years old male. Last night I took a tablet for tooth ache and after taking I was feeling that it is still stuck in my throat. After a hour I went to sleep with the same feeling that the tablet is stuck in my throat. I am a bit confused that while I am sleeping the tablet may have entered the windpipe instead of food pipe. Is it possible that it entered the windpipe while I am sleeping and not letting me know that it had entered the windpipe. I would be really grateful to know the answer.

Male | 21

When a tablet feels stuck in the throat, it is usually in the esophagus instead of the trachea. You would cough a lot if it got into the windpipe. Sometimes, it can be a feeling of something getting stuck in the throat because the tablet is dissolved for some time. Drinking water may assist it in its journey downward. However, if you experience difficulty breathing or acute pain, get medical treatment as soon as possible.

How long i have to use nasal spray after sinus surgery.

Male | 37

After your sinus surgery, you may have to use nasal spray. The spray could help with swelling and dryness in your nose. You might feel stuffy, under pressure, or congested after surgery. Taking the spray like your doctor says can aid these symptoms. It also helps your nose heal. Make sure to follow the doctor's directions.

I have stuffy and runny nose since 3 weeks, have been using decongestants that provided some relief, but since last 3 days it is worse, continues runny nose all day, at the same time the nose is stuffy and heavy. Mucus from runny nose is mostly clear. In the morning I might cough out some yellow mucus.

Female | 37

You may have sinusitis or a sinus infection. Stuffy and runny nose with clear mucus are common symptoms of sinusitis. The yellow mucus that you cough up in the morning is a sign that it may be bacterial. To relieve congestion, try applying a warm compress across your face and seek medical attention for further assessment.

Tonsil stones are small items in your throat. They are made of food, mucus, and bacteria. You might have bad breath, a sore throat, or trouble swallowing. Gargle with warm salt water to remove them. Also, drink lots of water. Keep your mouth clean. This can stop tonsil stones from forming.

Right ear voice not responding

Male | Utkarsh singh

You might be having some issues with your ear if the sound coming from your right ear is not working as it should. This could be the result of a foreign object blocking the ear canal or a malfunction of the nerves in the ear. To solve this, you should consult an audiologist who is a specialist in hearing disorders. The audiologist will be able to diagnose the problem and also help you improve your hearing.

I have pain while swallowing

Female | 25

This could happen because of a sore throat or infection. Other possibilities are acid reflux or swallowing something sharp accidentally. If it continues for several days, getting it checked is wise. Warm drinks or soft foods might provide relief. Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water is crucial too. Take a break from spicy or rough textures until it passes.

My baby is 4 years old . Till not able to talk clearly . COmmunicate through signs . Can anyone guide please

Male | 4

Please get the hearing evaluation and speech evaluation done by an ENT and development evaluation by a paediatrician to proceed assessment of the child. This must be managed as early as possible as all forms of rehabilitation work best when the child is younger ideally under 4 years of age. Please do not delay management.

My ear problem si contact ent doctor

Male | 48

Issues related to the ear can be reflected in pain, uneasiness, or difficulty with the ear. Typical triggers consist in infections, allergies, or wax buildup. To ameliorate the condition, the first way to go is to take over-the-counter painkillers and apply hot compresses. Nevertheless, it's very important to go to get a specialist's view particularly if the symptoms don't improve, deteriorate, or in case there occurs fever or liquid drainage. An ears, nose, and throat specialist with a great deal of experience can properly diagnose you and recommend suitable treatments tailored to you. Keeping a healthy body should come first.

I have excess ear wax which has hardened like stone.

Female | 27

Built-up ear plug can create an issue of a feeling of being uncomfortable, a reduction in one’s hearing ability, or the illusion of fullness in the ear. Mainly, it is the misuse of cleaning methods and anatomy of the jeopardized narrow ear canals. The other reason might be a skin disorder. To dissolve the wax that has become firm, try mineral oil- or saline solution-based, over-the-counter drops. To prevent earwax from being pushed deeper inside, do not use cotton swabs. If the healing process at home is ineffective or you are in pain when doing it, it is recommended to see a doctor.
