Hello, We've visited one of the top cardiologist in Bangalore who has recommend that a bypass is not necessary based on the angiogram report. The same cardiologist had successfully operated earlier, where a stenting was done. However, my brother in law who is a doctor and based out of Canada has a different opinion (based on the report and the advice from his friend (cardiologist) who thinks and is certain that a bypass is necessary within the next 2-3 weeks. I have diagnosed with positive TMT and also positive STRESS THALLIUM test. angiography is done and found that left artery is 100% block, the rest two are fine. One Dr. suggests that STUNTING can be done, while the other senior cadriologist Dr. said that only by pass is the option, kindly suggest and guide.
As per my understanding, your TMT and STRESS THALLIUM are positive, and the coronary angiogram also shows that your lad is 100% block. Lad is a very important artery, so the right option for you is to take a second opinion.
