Left side chest pain under break
Female | 36
Chest pain beneath your left breast can have many causes. Maybe it's muscle strain or heartburn. Maybe even anxiety. But sometimes the heart triggers the pain. If you also have shortness of breath, arm pain, or jaw pain, seek emergency medical care. This could signal a serious heart condition. Until seeing a cardiologist, stay calm and avoid strenuous activity. Resting can stop the pain from worsening.

Slightly hole in heart It can be controlled or finished
Male | 11 days
A ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a small hole in the heart between its chambers. Some people may not show symptoms, while others might experience fatigue and shortness of breath. Don't worry—many cases don’t require treatment, and if needed, your doctor will recommend the best option, which could be surgery. Remember to have regular check-ups with a cardiologist to monitor the condition's progress.

Is 124-135bpm Normal for a casual walk I have anxiety too I am 17 years old and weigh 55kg I’ve seen some spikes to 150bpm but only for a couple seconds and I believe that’s anxiety
Male | 17
Being a bit nervous during a walk is okay. Your heart rate going up to 124-135bpm is normal. Even a spike to 150bpm happens sometimes. Anxiety makes your heart beat faster. Use relaxation methods like deep breaths or being mindful. If you feel dizzy or have chest pains, contact a cardiologist.

Perhaps your muscle strain caused the soreness, or maybe acid reflux triggered heartburn. However, chest pain could signify heart troubles too. When you experience tightness, pressure, or pain there, relax undisturbed. Yet if symptoms worsen rapidly, see a cardiologist right away.

Based on your description, it is likely that you are experiencing musculoskeletal chest pain. This can be caused by poor posture or muscle strain. However, since you have already consulted with multiple doctors and the symptoms continue to persist, it is recommended that you visit a specialist such as a cardiologist or pulmonologist to rule out any underlying cardiovascular or respiratory conditions.

As per my understanding, the patient seems to have triple vessel disease and the doctor has put one stent, but two other arteries having 100% blockage are left untreated. The ideal treatment for triple vessel disease is CABG, but there may be some more underlying factors due to which the cardiologist may have advise against CABG. You can always take a second opinion from other cardiologists, who on evaluating the patient and the reports will guide and clear all your doubts. A blood pressure reading between 90/60 and 160/100 is usually fine. However, if your BP stays above 160/100, it's important to see a cardiologist. High blood pressure can be dangerous and may lead to serious health issues like heart disease, even without symptoms. Eating healthy and quitting bad habits can help manage hypertension, but it's best to consult a doctor for personalized advice.
