I am 39 years old and have been experiencing back pain for over 2 years. About a year ago, I started feeling pain in my lower back, which eventually subsided, but for the past 3 to 4 months, the pain has returned and now extends to my thigh and leg. Tips: use ice compression and regular Rehabilitation
